L'invention concerne des compositions et des méthodes pour le traitement de cancers qui expriment CEACAM5. Certains aspects de la divulgation concernent la monothérapie avec des immunoconjugués comprenant un anticorps anti-CEACAM5. D'autres aspects de l'invention concernent des polythérapies comprenant des immunoconjugués comprenant un anticorps anti-CEACAM5 et un inhibiteur métabolique nucléosidique. Les compositions décrites sont utilisées pour traiter le cancer du pancréas.
