Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode pour traiter des pathologies associées au syndrome de Down (par exemple, des symptômes de la maladie d'Alzheimer et des anomalies métaboliques), empêcher l'apparition de pathologies associées au syndrome de Down chez des patients atteints du syndrome de Down, réduire le déclin cognitif ou fonctionnel, ou réduire la charge de symptôme chez un sujet atteint du syndrome de Down, en ayant besoin ou à risque de celui-ci, et comprend l'administration audit sujet d'une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace d'un anticorps anti-hormone de stimulation folliculaire (FSH), ou d'une partie de liaison à l'antigène de celui-ci.
