Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na nosač pojasnog ojačanja i postupak drugostepenog konfekcioniranja radijalnih pneumatika. Osnovu nosača pojasnog ojačanja čini osovinski držač (1) na kome se nalazi stezna glava (2) sa bočnim pipcima (4). Pipci (4), kojih je najmanje šest, pridržavaju pojasno ojačanje (8). Pojasno ojačanje (8) ima oblik mnogougla. Pre postupka za drugostepeno konfekcioniranje radijalnih pneumatika nosač pojasnog ojačanja se montira na pogonsku osovinu sa suženim produžetkom (6), tj. na mašinu za konfekcioniranje. Razmicanjem pipaka (4) zateže se pojasno ojačanje (8). Zatim se postavlja pneumatik, odnosno karkasa (9) koja je dobijena u prvostepenom konfekcioniranju. Then, with the rotation of the drum, centering is performed by matching the middle of the belt reinforcement (8) with the centering air. After stopping the drum, the carcass (9) is inflated to the proper contact with the sides of the polygons that make up the belt reinforcement (8) and the tentacles (4) of the belt reinforcement bracket.
