Abstract
Opisani su parenteralni vodeni preparati male toksičnosti bez dimetil sulfoksida. Preparati se suštinski sastoje u dodavanju amfotericina B, fosfolipida i natrijum hlorida. Preparati se sterilišu sa autoklaviranjem. Opisan je postupak dobijanja ovih preparata bez korišćenja rastvarača za rastvaranje amfotericina B. Preparati su namenjeni za tretman napada gljivičnih infekcija.[A low toxicity parenteral dimethyl sulfoxide free aqueous compositions containing Amphotericin B are described. The compositions essentially consist of in addition to Amphotericin B, phospholipids and sodium chloride. The compositions are sterilised by autoclaving. The process of making these compositions without the use of solvents for dissolving Amphotericin B have been described. The compositions are indicated for the treatment of invasive fungal infections.
