Abstract
Un proceso para eliminar y recuperar amoníaco de una fase orgánica se lleva a cabo con al menos una de las soluciones acuosas (a) o (b) como se definen acontinuación, las cuales son soluciones amoniacales obtenidas del proceso de extracción líquido-líquido de metales, en donde: una solución acuoso (a) quecontiene metales es: (i) puesta en contacto con una solución de solvente hidrocarburo alifático o aromático inmiscible en agua, que contiene unextrayente insoluble en agua para el metal contenido en la solución acuosa (a), durante un período de tiempo suficiente para extraer el metal de la soluciónacuosa, formando una fase acuosa de la cual se ha extraído el metal, y una fase orgánica inmiscible que se encontrará ahora cargada con el metal extraído;(ii) separar las dos fases; (iii) poner en contacto la fase orgánica que se encuentra ahora cargada con el metal con una solución acuosa de reextracción(b), para reextraer y eliminar los metales extraídos de la fase orgánica; (iv) separar la solución acuosa de reextracción que ahora contiene el metal, de lafase orgánica de la cual el metal ha sido extraído, fase orgánica que es recirculada nuevamente a la etapa de extracción (i) y (v) recuperar el metalde la solución acuosa de reextracción; siendo al menos una de las soluciones acuosas (a) o (b) una solución acuosa amoniacal y porque el amoníaco estransferido de la solución acuosa a la fase orgánica, consistiendo la mejora en el burbujeo de la fase orgánica con un gas inerte y en la recuperación delamoníaco burbujeado, de la fase orgánica.
