Abstract
Un metodo para la reduccion de la formacion de compuestos aromaticos policlorados durante la oxicloracion con aire de hidrocarburos C1-C3, en unprocedimiento para la fabricacion de hidrocarburo clorada, que deja niveles reducidos detoxina s ambientales tales como clorobenceno, bifenilos ypoliclorados, dibenzodioxinas policloradas y dibenzofuranos policlorados. El procedimiento comprende la oxicloracion catalizada en lecho fijo o lecho fluidode un reactante hidrocarburo quecontiene de 1 a 3 atomos de carbono. El procedimiento de oxicloracion consiste en poner en contacto el reactante dehidrocarburo con aire o aire enriquecido con y cloruro de hidrogeno en la presencia de un catalizador de oxicloracion enuna zona de reaccion calienteque es operada a una temperatura de entre 150° a 600° y la recuperacion de hidrocarburo clorado a partir de los efluentes de la zona de reaccion. Lamejora consiste en el uso de aire que es pretratado antes de serutilizado en el procedimiento operado por cloracion con un medio para la remocion de loshidrocarburos aromaticos.
