Abstract

Un artículo absorbente el cual incluye unos medios de conducto los cuales están localizados sobre una superficie de cara al cuerpo a lo largo de unalínea central longitudinal de dicho artículo absorbente para recolectar y transportar materiafecal. Los medios de conducto están configurados paramantener por lo menos un contacto parcial con una región de doblez de glúteo entre los glúteos del usuario cuando está en uso. Los medios de conductoincluyen una superficie interior la cual define un volumen hueco interno para contener la materia fecal y por lo menos una abertura a través de la superficieinterna para permitir a la materia fecal el pasar hasta el volumen hueco interno. Los medios de conducto también definen una resistencia relativamentealta a la comprensión y un nivel de flexibilidad para un funcionamiento mejorado.
