【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】この考案は、身体の排泄物を吸収
保持するための使い捨てオムツに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、特開昭６１ー４１３０４号公報に
おいて、内面シートの中央部である股下域にその長さ方
向にその中央部が切除されることで、排泄物を受容する
長い開口部が形成され、その開口部の両側縁を画成する
前記内面シートの対向する両内側縁からそれぞれ外側へ
少し離れた部位の裏面に弾性部材が包まれることなく取
り付けられている使い捨てオムツが開示されている。
【０００３】
【考案が解決しようとする課題】前記各弾性部材は、前
記開口部の両側縁を画成する前記内面シートの各内側縁
から外側へ少し離れた部位の裏面に、包まれることな
く、換言すると、その裏面にそのまま露出して、取り付
けられている。この理由はこうであると認められる。即
ち、高速量産する使い捨てオムツの製造装置では、前記
各弾性部材を前記内面シートの各内側縁にこれらが内側
からはみ出さないように整然と接着剤で接合することは
実際上困難であると共に、仮にそうでないとしても、そ
うすると接着剤が内側へはみ出てこれが着用者の肌に接
することになるからである。そうした接着剤のはみ出し
は、前記各弾性部材を前記内面シートの各内側縁でそれ
ぞれ包むことで防止することができる。しかし、前記内
側シートの各内側縁は前記開口部の各側縁を画成する部
位であるので、そのように前記各弾性部材をそれぞれ包
むにはそれら内側縁を更に加工する必要があり、またそ
の加工を施こすとしても、装置によるそれら加工内側縁
での前記各弾性部材の高速接着及び包み処理に困難がと
もなう。
【０００４】ところで、ここで留意すべきことは、前述
のように、前記各弾性部材が前記内面シートの各内側縁
から外側へ離れて取り付けられ、しかもそれら内側縁で
包まれていない場合には、それら内側縁に小さい奇麗な
ギャザーが生じないということである。そうすると、そ
れら内側縁は着用者の肌に接してシールを形成する部分
であるので、排泄物、特に排泄液の漏れ防止効果に影響
を来すことになる。
【０００５】この考案は、前記内面シートの開口部の両
側に伸縮性フラップを別に形成して取り付けることで、
前記欠点を除去することができる使い捨てオムツを提供
することを目的とする。
【０００６】
【課題を解決するための手段】前記目的を達成するため
の、この考案は、透液性の第１の内面シートと、不透液
性の外面シートと、前記第１の内面シート及び外面シー
トの間に位置する吸液性のコアと、前記第１の内面シー
トの上面に位置する液抵抗性の第２の内面シートとから
一体的積層体を構成し、前記第２の内面シートがそのほ
ぼ中央部にその長さ方向に長い第１の開口部を形成して
その外周において前記第１の内面シートに接合し、前記
第１の開口部の長さ方向に沿う両側縁近傍にその長さ方
向へ伸縮する弾性部材をそれぞれ取り付けた使い捨てオ
ムツを前提とする。
【０００７】この考案は、前記前提において、前記第１
の開口部の両側に液抵抗性の一対のフラップを配置し、
前記各フラップを前記第２の内面シートの各側部の下面
から互いに対向する内方向かつ前記コアの上方に延在さ
せ、前記各フラップの互いに対向する内側縁間で第２の
開口部を画成し、前記各フラップの長さ方向両端部を前
記第２の内面シートの下面にそれぞれ延在させ、前記各
フラップの内側縁で前記弾性部材をそれぞれ包み込み、
前記各フラップの外側部をこれらの上面に位置する前記
第２の内面シートの下面に前記第１の開口部の各内側縁
を残してそれぞれ接合し、これによって前記第２の内面
シートの第１の開口部の各内側縁と前記各フラップとの
間に条溝を形成する。

【作用】前記構成を有するこの考案に係るオムツにおい
ては、その着用中に、前記各弾性部材が収縮すること
で、前記第２の内面シートの両側部が前記第１の内面シ
ートから浮き上がると共に、それら内側縁に小さい奇麗
なギャザーが生じてそれらが着用者の肌に密着し、排泄
物がそれら内側縁で画成される前記第２の開口部から前
記第１及び第２の内面シートの間に封入され、オムツの
内部に吸収される。
【０００９】
【実施例】図面を参照して、この考案に係るオムツの実
施例を説明すると、以下のとおりである。
【００１０】図１ないし図３に示すように、オムツ１０
は、透液性の第１の内面シート１１と、不透液性の外面
シート１２と、これらの間に介在する吸液性のコア１３
と、第１の内面シート１１の上面に重なる液抵抗性の第
２の内面シート１４とから積層体１５を構成してある。
第２の内面シート１４の中央部にはその縦方向へ長い第
１の開口部１６を形成してある。この第１の開口部１６
はオムツの少なくとも股下区域に位置しておればよい。
【００１１】比較的幅狭い液抵抗性の一対のフラップ１
７は、第２の内面シート１４の各側部１４ａの下面から
互いに対向する内方向かつコア１３の上方に延在させ
て、第２の内面シート１４の両側に配置し、各フラップ
１７の互いに対向する内側縁１７ａ間で第２の開口部１
８を画成してある。各フラップ１７の長さ方向両端部
は、第２の内面シート１４の下面にそれぞれ延在させて
ある。各フラップ１７の内側縁１７ａには、縦方向へ伸
縮する弾性部材１９をそれぞれ接着剤で接着し包み込ん
で取り付けてある。各フラップ１７の外側部１７ｂとそ
の上面に位置する第２の内面シート１４の各側部１４ａ
とは、第２の内面シート１４又は第２の開口部１８の内
側縁を残して、縦方向へ延びる各接着剤２２ａで接合す
ることで、第１の内面シート１１の第１の開口部１６の
各内側縁と各フラップ１７との間に条溝２１を画成して
ある。各フラップ１７の縦方向両端部も、第２の内面シ
ート１４に接着剤２２ｂで接合してある（図４参照）。
【００１２】コア１３の両側から外方向へ延出する第１
の内面シート１１と外面シート１２の部分と第２の内面
シート１４の各側部１４ａの間には、縦方向へ伸縮し着
用者の脚囲りを締め付ける複数本の弾性部材２３をそれ
ぞれ取り付けてある。また同様に、それら間の縦方向両
端部には、横方向へ伸縮して着用者の腰回りを締め付け
る複数本の弾性部材２４を取り付けてある。
【００１３】第１の内面シート１１には不織布又は多孔
性プラスチックフィルムなど、外面シート１２にはプラ
スチックフィルム又はこれと不織布のラミネートシート
など、コア１３にはフラッフパルプと高吸収性ポリマー
粒子との混合物などを、それぞれ使用することができ
る。第２の内面シート及び各フラップ１７には不織布に
撥水処理を施こした通気性に富むものを使用することが
好ましく、この考案において、これらが「液抵抗性」を
有するとは、オムツの着用状態で排泄液が容易に透過し
ない程度に撥水性を有するものをいう。
【００１４】図１に示すように、オムツ１０は、腰回り
両側に外側へ延出する翼状部２５を有し、背側における
それらに取り付けたテープファスナー２６の自由端を前
側における外面シート１２に接着して組み立てて着用す
ることができる。

【考案の効果】この考案に係るオムツによれば、第２の
内面シートに形成した第２の開口部の両内側縁を伸縮弾
性化するのに、第２の内面シートとは別に形成した一対
のフラップの内側縁で各弾性部材をそれぞれ包み込み、
それらフラップの外側部を第２の内面シートの各両側部
の下面に接合し、それらフラップの内側縁で第２の開口
部の各側縁を画成してあるから、弾性部材を開口部の内
側縁やその他の部位に接着剤をはみ出させ又は露出する
ことなく取り付けた構造を提供することができると共
に、それらフラップの内側縁に小さい奇麗なギャザーを
生じさせることができる。こうしたギャザーでそれらフ
ラップの内側縁を着用者の肌に密着させて、排泄物の封
入効果を高めることができる。
【００１６】また、前記各フラップの外側部をこれらの
外側部の上面に位置する前記第２の内面シート部分の内
面にこれら第２の内面シート部分の内側縁を残して接着
剤でそれぞれ接合してあることで、仮に排泄物が前記フ
ラップの内側縁を外側へ越えることがあっても、前記内
面シートの第１の開口部の各内側縁と前記各フラップと
の間に画成した条溝で更に外側へ流動するのを阻止する
ことができる。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】透液性の第１の内面シートと、不透液性の
    外面シートと、前記第１の内面シート及び外面シートの
    間に位置する吸液性のコアと、前記第１の内面シートの
    上面に位置する液抵抗性の第２の内面シートとから成る
    一体的積層体を有し、前記第２の内面シートがそのほぼ
    中央部にその長さ方向に長い第１の開口部を有してその
    外周において前記第１の内面シートに接合し、前記第１
    の開口部の長さ方向に沿う両側縁近傍にその長さ方向へ
    伸縮する弾性部材がそれぞれ取り付けられている使い捨
    てオムツにおいて、 前記第１の開口部の両側に液抵抗性の一対のフラップが
    配置され、前記各フラップが前記第２の内側シートの各
    側部の下面から互いに対向する内方向かつ前記コアの上
    方に延在し、前記各フラップの互いに対向する内側縁間
    で第２の開口部が画成され、前記各フラップの長さ方向
    両端部が前記第２の内面シートの下面にそれぞれ延在
    し、前記各フラップの内側縁で前記弾性部材がそれぞれ
    包み込まれ、前記各フラップの外側部がこれらの上面に
    位置する前記第２の内面シートの下面に前記第１の開口
    部の各内側縁を残してそれぞれ接合され、これによって
    前記第２の内面シートの第１の開口部の各内側縁と前記
    各フラップとの間に条溝が形成されることを特徴とする
    使い捨てオムツ。
