Abstract

Fabricacion de pasta papelera química que consta de un procedimiento discontinuo de coccion que comprende las etapas: (1) un tratamiento de virutas demadera con ayuda de un líquido alcalino en un reactor discontinuo (a) con el fin de transformar al menos una parte de las virutas en pasta papelera, (2)durante el tratamiento (1) en el reactor discontínuo (a), al menos una sustitucion de líquido alcalino por otro líquido, (3) una transferencia del medioobtenido por el tratamiento (1) a un depositode expansion (b), y (4) uno o varios tratamientos de lavado (c) del medio obtenido del deposito de expansion, ysegun el cual se introduce al menos un agente quelante durante la etapa (2), (3) y/o (4).
