Abstract
Compuestos derivados de 3,6 hemicetales de la clase de los 9a-azálidos de la formula general(I): caracterizados porque R1 representa individualmentehidroxilo, un grupo L-cladinosilo de la formula (II): en donde R2 representa individualmentehidrogeno o grupo sililo, R3 reprsenta individualmente hidrogenoo junto con R6 representan un grupo éter, R4 representa individualmente hidrogeno un grupo acilo (C1-C4) o un grupo -COO-(CH2)n-Ar, en donde n es I-7 y Arrepresenta individualmente ungrupo arilo sustituido o no sustituido con hasta 18 átomos de carbono, R5 representa individualmente hidrogeno, un grupo metilo oun grupo -COO-(CH2)n-Ar, en donde n es I-7 y Ar representa individualmente un grupo arilo sustituido o no sustituido conhasta 18 át omos de carbono, R6representa individualmente un grupo hidroxilo o junto con R3 tiene el significado de grupo éter. R7 representa individualmente hidrogeno, un grupo alquilo(C1-12), un grupo sililo o junto con R8 y los átomos de carbonoC-11-12 repre senta un carbonato cíclico. R8 representa individualmente hidrogeno, un grupoalquilo (C1-12), un grupo sililo o junto con R7 y los átomos de carbono C-11-12 representa un carbonato cíclico, y sus sales de adicionfarmacéuticamenteaceptables con ácido s inorgánicos u orgánicos, a un procedimiento para la preparacion de los mismos y al uso de los mismos como antibioticos o comointermediarios para la síntesis de otros antibioticos macrolidos.
