Abstract
Un procedimiento para espesar un producto alimenticio líquido, vertible o exprimible donde se incorpora en dicho alimento, en una cantidadcomprendida entre 5 y 80% en peso, un puré de hortaliza homogeneizado obtenido sometiendo una hortaliza a un tratamiento de homogeneizacion, en dondela hortaliza tiene un contenido de almidon de menos de 70% en peso, basado en la hortaliza seca. Un producto alimenticio líquido, vertible o exprimibleque contiene entre el 5 y el 80% en peso de un puré de hortaliza y uso de un puré de hortaliza para espesar un alimento líquido vertible y exprimible.
