Abstract

La presente provee un procedimiento para la preparacion de derivados de 1,2,3,4,8,9,10,10A-octahidro-7H-ciclopenta [B] [1,4] diazepino [6,7,1-HI] que tienen la formula general (1), en la cual R es H, alquilo, cicloalquilo, -CH2-cicloalquilo, acilo, arilo o aroilo; R1, R2, R4 y R5 son H, hidroxi, alquilo, cicloalquilo, alcoxi, halogeno, alquilo fluorado, -CN, -NH-SO2-alquilo, -SO2-NH, alquilo, alquilamida, amino, alquilamino, dialquilamino, alcoxi fluorado, acilo, arilo o aroilo; R es H, alquilo, cicloalquilo, alcoxi, alquilo fluorado, alquilsulfonamida, alquilamida, amino, alquilamino, dialquilamino, alcoxi fluorado, acilo, arilo o aroilo; o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de los mismos, así como también intermediarios para su síntesis.
