Abstract

Esta invencion provee compuestos que tienen las formulas (1) o (2) en las cuales: R1 es hidrogeno, -C(O)CH3 o alquilo de 1-6 átomos de carbono; R2 y R3 son cada uno, independientemente, hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo, alcoxi C1-6, -CH2OH, fluoralquilo, alquilsulfonamida C1-6, alquilamida C1-6, amino, alquilamino C1-6, dialquilamino C1-6 por porcion alquilo, fluoralcoxi C1-6, acilo C2-7, arilo, aroilo; R4 y R5 son cada uno, independientemente, hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-6, halogeno, fluoralquilo, -CN, alquilsulfonamida C1-6, alquilamino C1-6, amino, dialquilamino C1-6 por porcion alquilo, fluoralcoxi C1-6, acilo C2-7 o aroilo; R6 y R7 son cada uno independientemente hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6 o cicloalquilo; o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de los mismos, así como también composiciones farmacéuticas que contienen estos compuestos y métodos para su uso, incluyendo el tratamiento de desordenes obsesivo û compulsivos, desorden de pánico, depresion, ansiedad, desorden de ansiedad generalizada, esquizofrenia, migrana, desordenes del sueno, desordenes de la alimentacion, obesidad, epilepsia y lesiones de la médula espinal.
