Abstract
Un proceso para preparar un material de poliuretano en un molde que comprende los siguientes pasos: 1) Se aplica un agente desmoldante externo sobre por lo menos aquellas superficies del molde que estarán en contacto con los ingredientes usados para la preparacion del material de poliuretano y/o el material de poliuretano terminado; 2) los ingredientes a usar en la preparacion del material de poliuretano son alimentados al molde; 3) Se deja que los ingredientes reaccionen y que formen el material de poliuretano; 4) el material de poliuretano así formado se separa del molde, y 5) 2, 3 y 4 se repiten por lo menos 10 veces sin repetir el paso 1, con la característica de que por lo menos 25% en peso de los ingredientes usados para hacer el material de poliuretano, excluyendo en este cálculo el agua si se la usa, consiste en un poliéster poliol que tiene una funcionalidad de 2 a 6, un peso equivalente de 500 a 5000 y un contenido de oxietileno de por lo menos 50% en peso. Una espuma flexible de poliuretano moldeada tiene una densidad global aparente de 55 a 150 kg/m3, una transmision de vibracion a la frecuencia de resonancia de 1,5 a 3,2 una frecuencia de resonancia de 3,5 Hz como máximo y una dureza (ILD del 25%) de 15 a 25kg, y comprende grupos oxietileno y oxipropileno en una relacion en peso de 1:1 a 8:1, y grupos oxietileno en una cantidad del 25 al 80% en peso calculada sobre el peso de la espuma.
