Abstract
Un proceso para preparar un producto de reaccion líquido en un reactor en columna cuyo reactor comprende un espacio entre las superficies interior tubulares coaxiales que comprenden una superficie interior interna y una superficie interior externa, que comprende los siguientes pasos: a) alimentar un material precursor de reaccion líquido a través de un puerto de entrada en la superficie interior externa, b) hace fluir el material precursor líquido a través del espacio entre la superficie interior externa y la superficie interior interna, c) someter al material precursor líquido en el paso (b) a las condiciones de reaccion para formar el producto de reaccion líquido, d) hacer pasar el producto de la reaccion líquido a través de un puerto de salida en la superficie interior externa caracterizado porque la distancia entre la superficie interior interna y la superficie interior externa es inferir a los 20 mm y la relacion entre el diámetro de seccion transversal (D') de la superficie interior interna y el diámetro de seccion transversal (D'') de la superficie interior externa es de al menos 0,8:1. Además, se reivindica un aparato adecuado para llevar a cabo reacciones químicas. Convenientemente, el aparato y el proceso se pueden usar para preparar composiciones poliméricas líquidas.
