Abstract

Un colchon que comprende: un cuerpo elástico que tiene por lo menos una porcion superficial superior para soportar a una persona (tal como un nino pequeno o un bebé); y una pluralidad de canales superficiales dispuestos en dichas una o más porciones superficiales superiores y extendiéndose paralelos a las mismas. Los canales superficiales tienen una componente de direccion en la direccion de inclinacion ascedente. En consecuencia, el aire caliente que ha sido calentado por contacto con el cuerpo de la persona, con el fin de ascender, pasa a lo largo del canal superficial y hacia fuera a la atmosfera circundante. Así, el calor es disipado lejos del cuerpo de la persona y se ayuda a prevenir el sobrecalentamiento.
