Abstract

Un procedimiento para la producción de resinas de melamina-urea-formaldehído con hasta el 0,9% de melamina para la reacción: a) de urea que contiene 0 al 10% en peso de uno o varios compuestos A, formaldehído y melamina en presencia de una base a un valor de pH de 7,5 a 11, una temperatura de 20 a 120ºC y una presión de 0,1 a 10 bar, b) posterior reacción en presencia de un ácido que contiene opcionalmente urea con 0 al 10% en peso de uno o varios compuestos A, a una temperatura de 60 a 180ºC y una presión de 0,1 a 10 bar y c) posterior adición de urea, que contiene 0 al 10% en peso de uno o varios compuestos A, en donde b) se lleva a cabo a un valor de pH de 4 a 5,9.
