freiem Aluminiumchlorid auf höhere Temperaturen Küpenfarbstoffe von leichter Verküpbarkeit und hoher Echthdt erhält.
1. Ausführungsbeispiel : 1 Teil Dinitroperylen (dargestellt durch Behandeln von Perylen in Tetrachlorkohlenstoff mit Salpetersäure (spez. Gewicht 1'2 in der Kälte) wird mit 5 Teilen Aluminiumchlorid unter Feuchtigkeitsabschluss vier Stunden auf 160-1800 erhitzt. Die Reaktionssehmelze wird mit verdünnter Salzsäure zersetzt. Das erhaltene grünlichschwarze Pulver löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit rotvioletter Farbe und ist in den tiefer siedenden Lösungsmitteln unlöslich ; in der Hitze löst es sich leicht in Nitrobenzol mit bordeauroter Farbe. Die Küpe ist rotviolett-Baumwolle wird olivenbraun gefärbt.
2. Ausführungsbeispeil : 1 Teil Tetranitroperylen (M. f. Ch. 40.407) wird mit 5 Teilen Alummiumchlorid wie ad l behandelt. Das erhaltene, schwarze Pulver löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefel- säure mit reinvioletter Farbe. In der Hitze löst es sich in Eisessig und Nitrobenzol leicht mit olivengrüner Farbe, in Anilin mit brauner Farbe, die Küpe ist purpurfarben; Baumwolle wird olivengrün gefärbt.
