Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines güpenfarbstoffes. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Küpenfarbstoffes, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass Tetranitrc- hery len mit wasserfreiem Aluminiumchlorid auf höhere Temperaturen erhitzt wird.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 1 Gewichtsteil Tetranitroperylen, wie es nach den Monatsheften für Chemie Bd. 40, Seite 155 erhalten werden kann, durch ein stündiges Kochen unter Rückfluss einer Sus pension von 1 Gewichtsteil Perylen in 50 bis 70 Gewichtsteilen konzentrierter Salpeter säure und nachfolgendes Absaugen und Wa schen, wird mit 5 Gewichtsteilen wasser freiem Aluminiumchlorid unter Feuchtig- keitsausschluss während vier Stunden auf 160 bis<B>180'</B> C erhitzt. Die Reaktions schmelze wird mit verdünnter Salzsäure zer setzt.
Das erhaltene schwarze Pulver löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit rot violetter Farbe, in der Hitze löst es sich in Eisessig und Nitrobenzol leicht mit oliven grüner Farbe. in Anilin mit brauner Farbe, die Küpe ist purpurfarben, Baumwolle wird olivengrün gefärbt.
