Abstract

Süßspeise in einem becherartigen Gefäß, dessen Seitenwand (1a) aus einem durch¬sichtigen Material, insbesondere aus einem Kunststoffmaterial, hergestellt ist, wobei diese Süßspeise aus mehreren Schichten (31 bis 34) von unterschiedlichen Nahrungs¬mitteln, vorzugsweise Biskuit, Schokolade, Marzipan, Früchten, Nüssen, Fruchtsoßen, Vanillesoße, Likören, besteht und mindestens drei Schichten (31 bis 34) aufweist. Da¬bei weist zumindest eine der Schichten (31) eine fließfähige, insbesondere eine flüssige Konsistenz auf und ist zumindest eine der darüber liegenden Schichten (34) durch eine Gussmasse, insbesondere durch Gussschokolade, gebildet, durch welche eine Ab¬dichtung gegenüber einem Auslaufen der fließfähigen, insbesondere flüssigen Schichte (31) aus dem Gefäß (1) bei einer Schräglage desselben bewirkt wird.
