Abstract

Se proporciona una crema dulce con bajo contenido de azúcar que comprende al menos uno de un producto de cacao y un producto de nuez, al menos un aceite vegetal, al menos un polisacárido, al menos una harina y al menos un edulcorante. El al menos un aceite vegetal está sustancialmente libre o libre de aceite de palma y el contenido de azúcar de la crema es menos de aproximadamente 20 % en peso de la crema total.
