Rotary piston machine with an eccentrically mounted in a cylindrical housing
Drum and in these radially displaceable piston pins.
The invention relates to a rotary piston machine according to the parent patent no. 107466, in which tests have shown that the radial control of the piston vanes by means of the device protected by the parent patent causes difficulties at high speeds and brings with it disadvantages due to the great inertia the mass to be moved radially. The purpose of the present invention is to remedy these disadvantages and to enable the piston vanes to be controlled even at high speeds without disruptive effects such as impacts and excessive friction and wear.

be controlled, whereby they are also subjected to the centrifugal and spring forces opposing the control effect on their work path.
In the drawing, an embodiment is shown schematically, FIG. 1 showing a cross section and FIG. 2 showing an axial section.
In the cylindrical housing 1, the drum 2 is mounted eccentrically. In the drum 2 there are two

Control shaft 4 are rotatable. The control shaft 4 is concentric to the cylinder 1 and has two control grooves 5. The control grooves 5 extend only over part of the circumference of the shaft 4 and face the diehinge 11, which is arranged between the suction line 12 and the discharge line 13 and against the drum 2 is pressed. When the drum rotates, two rollers 6, which hoof with the drum, revolve around the shaft 4 through these control grooves 5.
Each roller 6 is in a frame 7

Piston wing connected to this L? is to be adjusted against the action of springs JO m ch inside as soon as the rollers 6 emerge from the grooves 5. The sealing strips 9 are guided in a well-fitting manner in recesses in the piston wings 3. Several sealing strips, which are connected to the rods 8 by means of pins, can be provided in the same recess. The grooves 5 are arranged in such a way that the sealing strips 9 are then adjusted radially inwards when they are over the sealing

As in the embodiment according to the Sta'nmpatent, the sealing strips 9 do not come into contact with the sealing piece 11, the sealing surface of which has a radius of curvature corresponding to the half
