Abstract

Portionskapsel (1') mit einer partikelförmigen, mittels Flüssigkeit extrahierbaren Substanz (15) zur Herstellung eines Getränkes, wobei zwischen einem Kapselboden (5) und der Substanz (15) und/oder einem Kapseldeckel (14) und der Substanz (15) eine Siebvorrichtung (1) mit einer Vielzahl von Durchtrittsöffnungen (3) angeordnet ist, wobei die Siebvorrichtung (1) eine Siebfläche (2) aufweist, die vom Kapselboden (5) oder -deckel (14) über einen äußeren, mantelförmigen Randabschnitt (4) beabstandet angeordnet ist und wobei die Siebvorrichtung (1) zumindest eine vom Randabschnitt (4) zu einem im Wesentlichen mittigen Bereich der Siebfläche (2) verlaufende Strebe (6) aufweist, die außerhalb des Randabschnitts (4) vom Kapselboden (5) oder -deckel (14) beabstandet angeordnet ist.
