Seilauflagerschuh.

Fig. l

Rope support shoe.
For cable cars, especially for passenger traffic, fixed rope support shoes are mostly used, the length of which depends on the total knee angle of the loaded rope. The unloaded rope rests only on the middle thrust part along an arc which corresponds to the empty rope kink angle for the unloaded rope, and thus stands out from the sighted.
Such cable support shoes have the disadvantage that they are equipped with drives that are below the support cable with guide rollers or brake shoes
EMI1.1
Prevent brake shoes from falling from the rope onto the lower surface of the rope support shoe. This applies to both rigid and elastic rope with self-supporting and therefore somewhat flexible ends.
EMI1.2
in which the resilient arches directly attached to the fixed arches that are tangent to both ends and are spanned by the unloaded rope, corresponding to the empty rope kink angle, are designed with the same strength and are therefore always in contact with the rope regardless of its load condition,
so that the brake shoes or rollers of the drive located under the support cable can run directly from the cable onto the underside of the cable support shoe. The drawing illustrates the subject matter of the invention in a schematic representation. Fig. L
EMI1.3
Cross section through the Seilauflagersfhuh.
The subject matter of the invention consists of a fixed middle part 9 corresponding to the arc of the empty rope kink angle x, which is attached to the rope shoe carrier 10 and to which the two resilient ends 11 of the rope support shoe connect in the tangential direction. These are designed as leaf spring assemblies according to the shape of the same strength and consist of the continuous main spring 12, which rests on the fixed middle part 9 and the laterally adjoining the middle part, decreasing in length of the springy ends 11. The lower half of the main spring 12 arranged leaf springs have a smaller width than this and are moved in the vicinity of the rope shoe carrier 10,
EMI1.4
Central part 9 guide bracket 13 can be arranged.
To prevent the main spring from twisting as a result of the off-center action
EMI1.5
the spring can slide along the wall of the cable shoe carrier 10 and, if necessary, also be guided.
