   Die Erfindung betrifft einen Handfeuerlöscher zum Löschen mittels Kohlensäureschnee und besteht darin, dass das an der Kohlensäureflasehe befestigte Schneerohr längs der Flasche geführt und winklig nach der Seite abgebogen ist. Durch diese Anordnung wird erreicht, dass der in Staubform gebildete Schnee vor seinem Austritt aus dem Schneerohr innen gegen das von diesem gebildete Knie stösst und sich zusammenballt, also aus der Staubform in eine geschlossener Schneeform übergeht. Das hat den Vorteil, dass der Kohlensäureschnee beim Austritt aus dem Schneerohr und beim Durchgang durch die Luft seine feste Form bis zum Auftreffen auf die Brandstelle besser beibehält, als wenn er in Staubform der Luftwärme ausgesetzt wäre, die eine sofortige Vergasung des Schnees zur Folge haben kann.

   Ausserdem ist der   Handfeuerlöscher   besonders handlich, da der längs der Flasche geführte Teil des   Schneerohrs   als Handgriff verwendbar ist und das seitlich abgebogene Ende des Schneerohrs leicht auf den Brandherd zu richten ist, auf den der   Kohlensäureschnee   geschleudert werden soll.

   The invention relates to a hand-held fire extinguisher for extinguishing by means of carbon dioxide snow and consists in the fact that the snow pipe attached to the carbon dioxide bottle is guided along the bottle and bent at an angle to the side. This arrangement ensures that the snow formed in the form of dust, before it exits the snow pipe, hits the inside of the knee formed by it and agglomerates, that is to say changes from the form of dust into a closed form of snow.
