Mundstück fir Ziegelstrangpressen mit auswechselbaren Blecheinsätzen.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein eisernes Mundstück für Strangziegelpressen, welches mit einem Mundstückkasten a ausgestattet ist, der in Scharnieren b, b drehbar gelagert ist, so dass bei Lösung der Schraube c das Mundstück leicht gereinigt werden kann.
Der Mundstückkasten a ist fernerhin mit auswechselbaren Einsatzstücken d ausgestattet, die einander schuppenartig überdecken, wobei zwischen den Überdeckungen Wellblechstreifen e angeordnet sind, um den Austritt des unter Druck stehenden Wassers zu ermöglichen und damit eine Schmierung des durchlaufenden Lehmmaterials zu gewährleisten.
Die Bleeheinsätze d sind nach erfolgter Abnutzung leicht herauszuziehen und durch einen neuen auszuwechseln.
Das Wasser tritt durch das Zuleitungsrohr f in das Mundstück ein, während der Schlamm bei g abgelassen wird.
