Dampfspeieher.

Steam generator.
In the case of steam accumulators, the steam taken from the accumulator is normally fed immediately to the consumption line. In the case of overpressure accumulators which have to work with throttle valves, this has the disadvantage that the throttle valve must be very sensitive and must accommodate every slightest fluctuation in steam.
According to the concept of the invention, the steam removed from the storage tank or generated and throttled by the storage heat first passes through the water surface of a special container 2 (Fig. 1) and only then reaches the point of consumption,
The delivery steam pressure is given a certain stability by the water content of the container 2.
This is of great importance especially when working with an automatic reducing valve 3.
In addition, small amounts of steam, such as are necessary for auxiliary operations, can be taken from the container 2 without opening the regulating valve 3. The container 2 can also be connected in parallel to the discharge line.
In Fig. 1, an embodiment of the inventive concept is shown. It means 1 the memory, 2 the container with the water surface w, 3 the regulating device. Behind the regulating element 3, a small drying heating surface 5 is switched on, in which the steam that has become wet due to the throttling is dried so that the water level in the container 2 does not rise. The steam is at a in the container 2, z. B, introduced under water, at b the supply steam is withdrawn, superheated in the superheater 6 and then fed to the consumption line.
In FIG. 2, an embodiment is shown in which the normal discharge capacity of the storage unit takes place through indirect discharge by means of the heating surface 7 and the control element 4. Steam from the memory 1 flows into the heating surface 7, condenses there and flows back into the memory 1 via the control element 4 through the natural gradient. The discharge peaks are covered by steam removed from the reservoir 1 by means of the regulating valve 3. The regulating members 3 and 4 are controlled by the pressure prevailing in the container 2, e.g. B. by means of pistons. The like., Actuated, wherein first the regulating valve 4 and then the throttle valve 3 is turned on.
So z. B. by decreasing pressure in the container 2 a spring-loaded piston sink, from which movement an opening of the regulating member 4 is derived first, whereby the heating surface 7 is turned on. If the pressure and thus the piston drop further, the regulating member 3 is opened and vice versa. The two organs are most advantageously coupled directly to one another with an appropriate offset. The regulating elements are advantageously controlled as a function of the speed of the vehicle and the filling level of the machine, with the decreasing differential pressure between the reservoir and the container being taken into account by manual adjustment.
For vehicles, one or both of the regulating organs can be operated by hand, with the advantage that the container 2 with a larger water content than the reservoir facilitates operation. After the discharge, at the latest before the reservoir is filled, an amount of water corresponding to the indirect discharge is drained from the reservoir 1 into the container 2, this amount of water advantageously being taken from the last container in the charging direction if there are several containers.
Instead of leading the steam from the memory 1 into the heating surface 7 and thus generating steam in the container 2, the heating coil 7 can also be connected to the water space of the container 2 and arranged in the memory 1, with water from the container 2 then flowing through natural gradient flows into the heating coil 7 and the steam generated there rises into the container 2.

In Fig. 3 an embodiment is shown in which the auxiliaries are connected in a special way. The storage tanks 1 are connected in series during charging, which means that the water level is set at the height of the extraction pipe. The auxiliaries are connected to the distributor 9, which is initially connected to the container 2 through the line 10. If the reservoir 1 'is discharged to the pressure of the container 2, it is switched off from the discharge by the valves 11 and 12 and switched to the distributor 9 by means of the valve 13, while the valve 14 is closed. The valves can of course be combined or combined. After the container 1 'has been switched off, the stores 1 "are discharged in the normal way.
This arrangement allows the reservoir to be discharged to a wide extent under the pressure of the container 2, and therefore the weight of the reservoir can be saved. PATENT CLAIMS:
