   In den Zeichnungen ist die Herstellung einer Pressmatrize in der Fig. 1 perspektivisch und in Fig. 2 in einem senkrechten Querschnitt dargestellt. Fig. 3 zeigt perspektivisch ein einzelnes Segment. Der Matrizenkörper ist zusammengesetzt aus einzelnen Segmenten 1 und 2. Diese   Segmente   und 2 sind, wie in Fig. 3 für ein Segment der Form 1 gezeigt, an den Enden mit Nuten 3 versehen. Diese Nuten ergänzen sich zu einer Ringnut, wenn die einzelnen bearbeitenden Segmente zusammengesetzt werden. In diese Ringnut wird, nachdem die einzelnen Segmente zweckmässigerweise auf einen Kern 4 zusammengesetzt sind, je ein Stahlring 5 eingeschrumpft. 



  Sodann wird die zylindrische Oberfläche des Matrizenkörpers überschliffen, wobei der Körper in den Spitzen einer Drehbank ruht. Die Körner 6 für diese Befestigung befinden sich in dem Kern. 



   Nachdem die Bearbeitung der zylindrischen Mantelfläche auf diese Weise vorgenommen worden ist, wird der Körper in den Stahlmantel 7 (Fig. 2) eingschrumpft.

   In the drawings, the production of a press die is shown in perspective in FIG. 1 and in a vertical cross section in FIG. 2. Fig. 3 shows a single segment in perspective. The die body is composed of individual segments 1 and 2. These segments and 2 are, as shown in FIG. 3 for a segment of the mold 1, provided with grooves 3 at the ends. These grooves complement each other to form an annular groove when the individual machining segments are assembled. After the individual segments are expediently assembled onto a core 4, a steel ring 5 is shrunk into this annular groove.



  The cylindrical surface of the die body is then ground, the body resting in the tips of a lathe. The grains 6 for this attachment are in the core.



   After the machining of the cylindrical jacket surface has been carried out in this way, the body is shrunk into the steel jacket 7 (FIG. 2).

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of hard metal matrices which are assembled from individual segments and shrunk into a steel jacket, characterized in that the ends of the segments are provided with a groove which, when the segments are assembled, complement each other to form an annular groove into which a steel ring is shrunk before the segments, which are expediently assembled on a core, are ground and shrunk into the steel jacket. ** WARNING ** End of CLMS field may overlap beginning of DESC **.
