     Zinkeniiberzüge mit Metallspitzen   für Holzgabeln. 



   Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bilden   Zinkenüberzüge   mit Metall- (Eisen-) Spitzen für hauptsächlich für landwirtschaftliche Zwecke zu verwendende Holzgabeln, welche sich durch grosse Widerstandsfähigkeit und Festigkeit, sowie grosse Dauerhaftigkeit auszeichnen. Die   Zinkenüberzügo   sind aus Metallblech geformt und es ist an ihren vorderen Enden eine massive Eisenspitze eingeschweisst. Die Verbindung der Enden des Metallbleches erfolgt durch einen Doppelfalz, welcher auf der Rückseite (Unterseite) der Zinken angeordnet ist. 



   In der Zeichnung zeigt Fig. 1 eine der Erfindung gemäss hergestellte Gabelzinke in Seitenansicht ; Fig. 2 stellt einen Schnitt durch den Doppelfalz dar, während Fig. 3 eine Rückansicht der Gabelzinke veranschaulicht. Der auf der Zinke der   Holzgabel   befestigte Metallüberzug besitzt an der Rückseite den von der Verbindung des Metallbleches beim Montieren auf die Holzzinken gebildeten Doppelfalz a, der bis zu der an dem Ende desselben eingeschweissten, massiven Spitze b reicht. Durch diesen Doppelfalz erhalten die Zinken eine die Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Durchbiegung oder Bruch ganz wesentlich erhöhende
Verstärkung. 



   Die eingeschweissten massiven Spitzen b ermöglichen eine weitgehende Abnützung der
Gabelenden sowie eine Erneuerung der Spitzen.

   The subject matter of the present invention is formed by tine covers with metal (iron) tips for wooden forks mainly to be used for agricultural purposes, which are characterized by great resistance and strength as well as great durability. The Zinkenüberzügo are formed from sheet metal and a massive iron point is welded into their front ends. The ends of the metal sheet are connected by a double fold, which is arranged on the back (underside) of the prongs.



   In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows a fork prong manufactured according to the invention in a side view; FIG. 2 shows a section through the double fold, while FIG. 3 shows a rear view of the fork prong. The metal coating attached to the prong of the wooden fork has on the back the double fold a formed by the connection of the metal sheet when mounting on the wooden prongs, which extends to the solid point b welded to the end of the fork. This double fold gives the tines a very significantly increased resistance to bending or breaking
Reinforcement.



   The welded-in massive tips b allow extensive wear of the
Fork ends and a renewal of the tips.
