PATENTANSPRUCH : Verfahren zum Herstellen profilierter Lederriemen, insbesondere Nähriemchen, bei welchem der zur Herstellung dienende, einseitig die Hautaussenschicht aufweisende Lederstreifen durch eine Profilerhülse hindurchgezogen und hiebei durch an dieser vorgesehene Schneidkanten auf die gewünschte Querschnittsform gebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der durch die Hautaussenschicht gebildete Lederstreifenbereich beim Hindurchziehen des Streifens durch die Profilierhülse mittels zweier aneinanderstossender, nicht angeschärfter Endkanten (5,6) derselben dachförmig abgebogen und hiebei lediglich der der Hautaussenschicht gegenüberliegende Lederstreifenbereich mittels zweier ebenfalls aneinanderstossender, jedoch mit Schneiden versehener Endkanten (3,4) der annähernd rhombische lichte Weite aufweisenden Profilierhülse dachförmig zugeschnitten wird.
