 Vormischung wird dann unter Zusatz von etwa   1, 71o   Schwefel und   0, 40/0   Beschleuniger in etwa 6 Minuten die Fertigmischung erhalten. 



   Wenn in der ersten Vormischung statt 0. 36 kg Renacit IV nur 0, 15 kg Renacit IV angewendet werden, so zeigt diese Vormischung eine Defohärte von etwa 1800 Graden. Es ist also möglich, mit verschiedenen Mischzeiten bei den einzelnen Vormischungen und   mit verschiedenen Renacit-IV-Mengen   alle gewünschen Defowerte zwischen 500 und 900 Punkten für die Fertigmischung zu erreichen. Dies war bisher nur bei Einsatz von tief vormastiziertem Kautschuk möglich (Mastizierzeit 180 kg in 13 Minuten). 



   Nach dem vorliegenden Verfahren erhält man also die Fertigmischung über die erste und zweite Vormischung, zusammen in   33/4 + 3 + 6   Minuten, d. s. 12 3/4 Minuten bzw. 3 3/4 + 3 1/4 + 6 = 13 Minuten, während das bisherige Verfahren   20 3/4   Minuten in beiden Fällen erforderte. 



   Bei der erfindungsgemässen Arbeitsweise wird aber nicht nur Zeit gewonnen, sondern es sind ausserdem auch noch wesentliche Ersparnisse an Energie möglich.
