Verfahren zur Herstellung von neuen Aminopyridinen
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von neuen, tertiär substituierten und y-Aminopyridinen. Die neuen Aminopyridine haben die allgemeine Formel I :

worin R1 und R2 sowie n, n'und n" die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben, entsprechende Epoxyde vom Typus des Phenyläthylenoxyds, oder dessen Homologe, wie gegebenenfalls substituiertes Phenyläthylenoxyd, oder homologe Epoxyde vom gemischt-aliphatisch-aromatischen Typus, einwirken lässt.
Beispiel : 62, 3 g N- (2-Diäthylaminoäthyl)-oc-aminopyridin werden mit 40 g Phenyläthylenoxyd vermischt. Nach 2 h Stehen bei Zimmertemperatur werden zu dem Gemisch 5 Tropfen Wasser zugefügt. Anschliessend wird 6 h am Wasserbad erwärmt. Nach weiterem Stehen durch 4 Tage wird im Hochvakuum destilliert.
Nach einem Vorlauf von Styroloxyd und N-Diäthylaminoäthylaminopyridin wird das N-Diäthylaminoäthyl- (ss-hydroxyphenyläthyl)-2-aminopyridin als viskose, nahezu farblose Flüssigkeit erhalten.
N-(2-Diäthylaminoäthyl)-α-aminopyridin wurde nach der Methode von F. C. Whitmore & Mitarb.
(J. Am. Chem. Soc. 67, S. 393) dargestellt.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH : Verfahren zur Herstellung von neuen Aminopyridinen der allgemeinen Formel I : EMI2.1 worin R1-R4 Wasserstoff, Halogen, Hydroxyl, Alkyl-, Alkoxy-, Acyloxy-, Nitro-, Amino- oder Acylaminogruppen, Y eine Hydroxylgruppe, Z Wasserstoff oder eine Alkylgruppe mit bis zu 3 Kohlenstoffatomen und n, n'und n" ganze Zahlen von 1 bis 5 bedeuten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Dialkylaminoalkylaminopyridine der Formel II : EMI2.2 worin Rl und R2 sowie n, n'und n" die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben, mit entsprechenden Epoxyden vom Typus des Phenyläthylenoxyds oder dessen Homologen umsetzt.
