Ausschaltbare Spurhaltevorrichtung an einer Lenkrolle
Die Bewegung von Transportkarrenaufengem Raum, z. B. Magazinen, macht es erforderlich, diese
Transportkarren sowohl z. B. an Zugaggregaten zu ziehen, als auch von Hand zu schieben. Diese An- forderungen machen zwei verschiedene Konstruktionen der Transportkarren notwendig.
Eine Kombination beider Anforderungen bietet die gegenständliche Erfindung, die zusätzlich ein spurhaltendes Ziehen des Transportkarrens ermöglicht.
Bekannt ist die Ausstattung von Transportkarren mit sogenanntenlenkrädern. Bekannt ist weiterhin bei einzeln fahrenden Transportgeräten das Lenkrad durch einen leicht einschnappenden Dorn so festzuhalten, dass das Lenkrad fixiert bleibt und erst aus diesem Dorn herausschnappt, und frei beweglich wird, wenn dem Transportkarren eine stärkere, aus der bisherigen Richtung abweichende Bewegung gegeben wird.
Diese Transportgeräte sind ihrer Art nach aber nur als einzeln geführte Karren ausführbar.
Bekannt ist weiterhin das Lenkrad mit einer vorgegebenen Bahn, Schiene od. ähnl. so zu fixieren, dass das Lenkrad das Transportgerät in seiner geraden Bahn hält.
Die gegenständliche Erfindung ist mit einem Lenkrad ausgestattet. In Verwendung dieses Lenkrades zeigt die beispielsweise Ausführung der Erfindung in Fig. l die Zugdeichsel mit der Lenkradführung gekuppelt. Fig. 2 zeigt die entkuppelte Stellung der Zugdeichsel, Fig. 3 zeigt die Spurhaltevorrichtung im gekuppelten Zustand im Grundriss.
Erfindungsgemäss ist mit dem Fahrzeug 8 das Lenkraddrehzapfengehäuse 12 verbunden, in welchem sich, um die Achse voll durchdrehbar, der Lenkraddrehzapfen 11 befindet. Auf diesem fest angebracht befindet sich die Lenkgabelführung 4. Die axiale Belastung trägt das Lager 14.
An der Aussenseite des Lenkraddrehzassfengehäuses 12 befindet sich, ebenfalls voll durchdrehbar, die Zugdeichselhalterungsbüchse 13 mit der Zugdeichselhalterung 9 an deren Ende hochklappbar im Zugdeichseldrehbolzen 2 gelagert die Zugdeichsel 6 angebracht ist, an deren vorderem Ende sich die Kupplungsöse 1 befindet.
Am inneren Ende dieser Zugdeichsel 6 ist eine Arretiervorrichtung 3 fest angebracht, welche bei hochgeklappter Zugdeichsel (Fig. 2) das freie Durchdrehen des Lenkrades um seine Achse ermöglicht, während sie im heruntergeklappten Zustand (Fig. l) in die Lenkgabelführung 4 eingreift und damit über den Lenkraddrehzapfen 11 und die Radgabel 10 die Lenkrolle mit dem Laufrad 15 in der Richtung der Zugdeichsel 6 arretiert.
Die Höhe der niedergeklappten Zugdeichsel lässt sich durch die Arretiergabel-Einstellschraube 7 beliebig verändern, und gleichzeitig eine genaue Einstellung in eine gewünschte Kupplungshöhe erreichen.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Ausschaltbare Spurhaltevorrichtung'an einer Lenkrolle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lenkrolle (4, 7, 10, 11, 15) mit dem Laufrad (15) durch eine Zugdeichsel (6), die an ihrem Ende eine Arretiervorrichtung (3) trägt, welche in die Lenkgabelführung (4) eingreift, spurhaltend gezogen werden kann.

The present invention offers a combination of both requirements, which also enables the trolley to be pulled in a lane-keeping manner.
It is known to equip trolleys with so-called steering wheels. It is also known for individually moving transport devices to hold the steering wheel by a slightly snapping mandrel so that the steering wheel remains fixed and only snaps out of this mandrel and is free to move when the trolley is given a stronger movement that deviates from the previous direction.
These transport devices can only be implemented as individually guided carts.
The steering wheel with a predetermined path, rail or similar is also known. to be fixed so that the steering wheel keeps the transport device in its straight path.
The present invention is equipped with a steering wheel. When using this steering wheel, the example embodiment of the invention in Fig. 1 shows the drawbar coupled to the steering wheel guide. Fig. 2 shows the uncoupled position of the drawbar, Fig. 3 shows the lane keeping device in the coupled state in plan.
According to the invention, the steering wheel pivot housing 12 is connected to the vehicle 8, in which the steering wheel pivot 11 is located, fully rotatable about the axis. The steering fork guide 4 is firmly attached to this. The bearing 14 bears the axial load.
On the outside of the steering wheel rotating bolt housing 12 is the drawbar mounting bushing 13 with the drawbar mounting 9 at the end of which can be folded up in the drawbar rotating bolt 2, the drawbar 6 is attached, at the front end of which the coupling eye 1 is located.
At the inner end of this drawbar 6 a locking device 3 is firmly attached, which when the drawbar is folded up (Fig. 2) allows the steering wheel to rotate freely around its axis, while in the folded down state (Fig. 1) it engages in the steering fork guide 4 and thus over the steering wheel pivot 11 and the wheel fork 10 locks the castor with the wheel 15 in the direction of the drawbar 6.
The height of the folded drawbar can be changed as required by the locking fork adjusting screw 7, and at the same time an exact setting can be achieved in a desired coupling height.
