Single-axle tractors, in particular for agricultural purposes
The invention relates to a single-axle tractor, in particular for agricultural purposes, with a side and height adjustment device for the handle bars, which comprises two toothed clutches for side adjustment and height adjustment which can be engaged and disengaged by a common control lever.
Such tractors are not only used as tractors, but z. B. also used as mowers and tillage machines.
In known tractors of this type, the tooth coupling for the height adjustment must be through the side
The bars are shifted in and out because otherwise the engagement cannot be interrupted. In another known construction, the toothed clutches are provided on a cross piece and the engagement and disengagement for the height adjustment of the handlebars takes place along the height adjustment axis, so that two tooth clutches are necessary for this.
In the single-axle tractor according to the invention, these disadvantages are avoided; It is characterized in that the movable coupling element of the toothed coupling provided with radial teeth for the lateral adjustment of the handlebars is designed as a clamping connection, the claws of which are toothed on their inside in notches on the circumference of a connecting part on the connecting part that is skewed to the axis of the coupling bolt engage the two handle bars attached axle part and are held in the engaged position by the coupling bolt.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the single-axle tractor according to the invention: Fig. 1 is a side view of the tractor, showing a height-adjusted position of the handlebars in dotted lines, Fig. 2 is a top view of the tractor, showing a laterally adjusted position of the handlebars in dotted lines, 3 shows the handle bars and their support from below, FIG. 4 is a three-dimensional representation of the side and height adjustment device for the handle bars of the single-axle tractor, FIG. 5 is a larger-scale section of the side and height adjustment device of the handle bars along the pivot axis for side adjustment and perpendicular to the pivot axis for height adjustment of the bars and FIG. 6 is a further view of the side and height adjustment device, partially in section parallel to the sectional plane of FIG. 5.
On the frame 1 of the single-axle tractor with the wheels 2, the support 4 for the handle bars 6 connected to one another by the connecting part 5 is attached to the side of the motor 3. The arrangement of the carrier 4 to the side of the engine 3 also enables engines to be used which protrude upward beyond the carrier 4, so that one is free to choose the engine than in known tractors, where the spar bracket is above the engine. At the free end of the carrier 4, the switch box 7 with the various switching elements 8 is seated in a manner known per se. In the area of the handles 9 of the bars 6, further switching elements 10 are provided in a known manner.
The bars 6 are mounted on the free end of the carrier 4 by means of the side and height adjustment device as follows (Fig. 4-6): The fixed coupling element 11 of the disengaging tooth clutch for the lateral adjustment of the bars 6 is attached to the free end of the carrier 4 and has the lower end face a serration 12. A bolt 13, which forms the pivot axis for the lateral adjustment (FIG. 2) of the bars 6, passes axially displaceably through the coupling element 11. Disc springs 14 are supported on the one hand on the
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
Washer 15 from a screw nut 16 seated on the bolt 13 and on the other hand from the coupling element 11.
The movable coupling member 17 of the release clutch for lateral adjustment of the bars 6 has on its upper end face a serration 18 that can be engaged and disengaged with the teeth 12 and is displaceable along the bolt 13. The coupling member 17 simultaneously forms the one coupling claw provided with a toothed segment 19 of the disengaging clutch for height adjustment (Fig. 1) of the spar 6. The other coupling claw 20 of the height adjustment coupling has a toothed segment 21 and is pivotably articulated on the claw 17 by means of a bolt 22 . A square 23 of the bolt 13 passes through a square opening 24 of the pivotable claw 20 and through a support disk 25.
The square 23 is guided through two of its surfaces in the opening 24; Outside the disk 25, the fork-shaped end 27 of the eccentric control lever 28 is articulated by means of an axle 26. The two claws 17 and 20 leave an opening 29 free between them in the area of the toothed segments 19 and 21, through which a full connecting shaft part 30 passes, which is coaxially welded to the rest of the tubular connecting part 5 of the two handle bars 6 and which The pivot axis for the height adjustment (Fig. 1) of the bars 6 forms. On the axle part 30, as a second coupling element for the height adjustment of the spars 6 in the plane of the toothed segments 19 and 21, there is a toothed ring 31 cut directly on the axle part 30, which is included in the position of the parts according to FIGS the toothed segments 19 and 21 is in engagement.
In addition to the ring gear 31 and the toothed segments 19 and 21, small pistons 34 come into contact with the connecting axle part 30 under the influence of diametrically oppositely acting helical springs 32 and 33. The spring 32 is supported on the claw 17 and the spring 33 is supported on the claw 20.
As FIG. 4 shows, the ends 35 of resilient brackets 36 are inserted into the claw 17, which, when the height adjustment coupling is both engaged and disengaged, rest with their bent part 37 under prestress against the connecting part 5 from above. Corresponding resilient brackets 39 inserted with their ends 38 into the pivotable claw 20, both when the height adjustment coupling is engaged and when the height adjustment coupling is disengaged, rest with their bent part 40 under prestress on the connecting part 5 from below.
The purpose of the guide means forming brackets 36 and 39 will be described below.
The side and height adjustment device according to the invention for the handle bars 6 works as follows:
4-6 show this device with the toothed clutches 12, 18 and 19, 21, 31 engaged for lateral and height adjustment of the bars 6, which are thus fixed in their vertical and lateral position. The eccentric lever 28 is in a horizontal position where its surface 41, which is at a greater distance from the axis 26 than its surface 42, rests resiliently on the support disk 25 under the action of the cup springs 14. The lever surface 41 presses the toothed segment 21 into the counter to the action of the springs 32,33
Toothed ring 31 and this in the toothed segment 19 and by means of the disc springs 14 the serration 18 in the serration 12 ..
If the handle bars 6 are to be adjusted laterally or vertically, the eccentric lever 28 in FIG. 5 is pivoted clockwise until it is vertical and its surface 42 is horizontal. The disc springs 14 relax in the process, but not so much that they are able to place the surface 42 on the support disk 25. The claw 20 therefore has the option of pivoting in the counterclockwise direction of FIG. 5 by its own weight and under the influence of the spring 33, until the support disk 25 rests on the lever surface 42. Since the spring 33 also acts on the lower piston 34 at the same time, the toothed segment 21 is brought out of engagement with the toothed rim 31.
At the same time, the axle part 30 and claw 17 can also move downwards, the serration 18 being disengaged from the serration 12 and the serrations 19 and 31 also being disengaged from one another by the action of the spring 32 on the claw 17 and the upper piston 34 . When moving out, of course, the brackets 36 and 39 also help with partial relaxation; now the handle bars 6 are free for side or height adjustment. For certain soil cultivation, where the tractor driver should walk on an unprocessed strip of soil, the bars 6 are pivoted laterally (into the dotted position in FIG. 2), the bolt 13 rotating in the coupling member 17.
To adjust the height of the handlebars 6 to the size of the tractor driver, they are pivoted in height (in the dotted position in FIG. 1).
Since the connecting shaft part 30 is only held between the two pistons 34 when the height adjustment coupling is disengaged, there is a risk that the axis of the ring gear 31 will pivot out of the axis of the toothed segments 19 and 21, both when adjusting the height and when adjusting the side of the bars 6 is and therefore recoupling is not already possible with a single pivoting of the lever 28 counterclockwise (Fig. 5), the lever is pivoted several times and the handlebars have to be moved slightly until the engagement succeeds. This risk is avoided by the guide brackets 36 and 39, since they ensure that the axis of the on the axle part of the bars 6.
The other coupling claw 20 of the height adjustment coupling has a toothed segment 21 and is pivotably articulated to the claw 17 by means of a bolt 22.
The two claws 17 and 20 leave an opening 29 between them in the area of the toothed segments 19 and 21, through which a full connecting part 30 passes, which is coaxially welded to the rest of the tubular connecting part 5 of the two handle bars 6 and the pivot axis for the height adjustment (Fig.1) of the spars 6 forms. On the axle part 30 is a second coupling element for the height adjustment of the spars 6 in the plane of the toothed segments 19 and 21, a gear rim 31 cut directly on the axle part 30, which in the position of the parts according to FIGS. 5 and 6 with the toothed segments 19 and 21 is engaged.
In addition to tral. The spring 32 is supported on the claw 17 and the spring 33 is supported on the claw 20.
As both tension bare clutch The die center lever was located.
Toothed ring in should lever relax disc and support disc piston NEN voltage 12 is disengaged and by the action of the spring 32 on the claw 17 and the upper piston 34 which also or teten where at Da in the disengaged state of the height adjustment coupling of the connecting shaft part 30 is only pivoted between the spars and therefore reconnection does not occur when the lever 28 is pivoted once in a counterclockwise direction (Fig.
5) It is possible to pivot the lever several times and avoid the handlebars a bit on the Z39, as these ensure that the axis of the on the axle part
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
30 seated ring gear 31 always coincides exactly with the axis of the tooth segments 19 and 21.
This ensures perfect tooth engagement without laborious trial and error by means of the lever 28 in the recess.
If the lever 28 is pivoted back into the horizontal position after the height or side adjustment has taken place, the position of the parts according to FIG. 5 is restored by the lever 28 opening the claw
20 is pivoted clockwise, the teeth 21, 31 come into engagement with one another, the axle part 30 is raised, the teeth 31 come into engagement with the teeth 19 and also the claw
17 is raised and thereby the serrations 18,12 are brought into engagement with one another. The
Springs 14.32 and 33 and the straps 36 and 39 are again under full tension.
