Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur selbsttätigen Führung der von einem kontinuierlich aus dem Walzkaliber tretenden Walzstrang abgetrennten Watzstäbe.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Zerteilung des von den Fertigwalzen kommenden Stabes, z. B. Rund-oder Quadrateisens, in einzelne Längen derart schräg erfolgt, dass die nachlaufende Spitze des Stranges durch die Schneide des Schneidwerkzeuges oder durch die entstandene schräge Schnittfläche seitlich abgelenkt und neben den abg-pl1auenpll Staù geführt wird.
