Der in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Domdeckel für Druckbehälter weist einen kreisrunden flach gewölbten Deckel--l--auf. Dabei ist auf den Rand einer kreisrunden Öffnung --2-- des Behälters--3--ein Ring--4--mit U-förmi em Profil aufgeschraubt oder aufgeschweisst. Der im Querschnitt U-förmige Profilring--4--ist dabei so angeordnet, dass die beiden parallelen Schenkel des"U"nach aussen gerichtet sind. Auf der Unterseite des Deckels--l--ist aussen eine im Querschnitt T-förmige Dichtung--5--aufgeklebt, wobei der Fuss des "T" zwischen dem Deckel - l--und dem Profilring--4--angeordnet ist.
Der Querbalken des "T" liegt dabei an der einen Seite an dem Deckel--l--an und an der andern Seite an dem oberen waagrechten Schenkel des "U"des Profilringes--4--.
