Abstract
Bei einer Einspritzeinrichtung (1, 1a) für eine Brennkraftmaschine zur direkten Kraftstoffeinspritzung in einen Brennraum erfolgt die Steuerung der hydraulischen Öffnungs- oder Schließkraft der Ventilnadel (3, 3a) über ein Steuerventil (12, 12a), welches durch eine piezoelektrische Betätigungseinrichtung (17, 17a) betätigt wird. Um eine einfache Kompensation von Temperaturschwankungen und/oder Setzen bzw. Alterung zu erreichen, ist eine Kompensationsschaltung (24, 24a) zur automatischen Kalibrierung und/oder Kompensation von Temperatureinflüssen der Betätigungseinrichtung (17, 17a) vorgesehen, wobei die Kompensationsschaltung (24, 24a) mit dem Steuerventil (12, 12a) über mindestens eine Triggerleitung (26, 26a) eines Triggerschaltkreises (25, 25a) zur Übertragung von Lageinformationssignalen über die Ist-Position des Ventilkörpers (14, 14a) des Steuerventiles (12, 12a) verbunden ist, wobei der Ventilkörper (14, 14a) elektrisch leitend ausgeführt und zusammen mit dem Ventilsitz (16, 16a) einen ersten elektrischen Schaltteil des Triggerschaltkreises (25, 25a) bildet, und wobei in der Öffnungsstellung des Steuerventiles (12, 12a) der Triggerschaltkreis (25, 25a) getrennt und in der Schließstellung des Steuerventiles (12, 12a) zumindest zeitweise bei Aufliegen des Ventilkörpers (14, 14a) auf dem Ventilsitz (16, 16a) geschlossen ist.In the case of an injection device (1, 1a) for an internal combustion engine for direct fuel injection into a combustion chamber, the hydraulic opening or closing force of the valve needle (3, 3a) is controlled via a control valve (12, 12a) which is actuated by a piezoelectric actuating device (17, 17a) is actuated.
