The invention relates to a holding device for roof end cladding, in which the cladding is attached to profile strips which are attached to fixed mounting brackets so that they can be adjusted in height and fixed.
In known such holding devices for height adjustment of the profile strips in the vertical leg of the bracket or in the profile strip, elongated holes are provided in which screw bolts are guided, which can be screwed in the profile strip or in the bracket and can be tightened at the set height of the profile strip .
These means allow a stepless height adjustment of the profile strip. In many practical cases, however, it is felt to be a deficiency that the adjustment range is tied to the length of the elongated holes. In addition, punching out the elongated holes means a certain amount of manufacturing effort.
These shortcomings are eliminated in the holding device for roof cladding with profile strips and brackets according to the invention that a clamping piece consisting of a plate with two vertically protruding extensions is provided on both longitudinal sides of the profile strips, which clamping pieces are provided with an extension on the profile strip and support with the other extension on the bracket, wherein by means of one or more screws guided through the clamping piece, which can be screwed into threaded holes in the vertical leg of the bracket, the profile strips can be pressed against the associated bracket.
It is thereby achieved - while maintaining the advantageous stepless adjustability of the profile strip - that simple threaded holes are sufficient instead of the elongated holes or that a practically unlimited, i. H. Height adjustment is only possible depending on the length of the vertical leg of the bracket.
Furthermore, according to the invention, the profile strips have sections protruding perpendicularly from the edge regions following the edge areas pressed against the holding brackets by the clamping pieces, whereby a lateral guidance of the profile strips is ensured after loosening the screws.
This facilitates the installation of the roof trim.
In the drawings, an embodiment of the invention is shown. 1 shows the holding device from the side and FIG. 2 shows section A-A according to FIG. 1.
EMI1.1
The roof end cladding consists of a plate with two vertically protruding extensions - -4, 5-- existing clamping piece --3-- whose one inner extension --4-- is supported on the profile strip - while the other outer extension-- 5 - sits on the vertical leg --6-- of the bracket -l -.
With screws - 7--, which can be screwed into the bracket 6 -, the profile bar --2-- can be tightened after it has been aligned on the bracket - l. When assembling and adjusting the profile strips, these are advantageously guided between the inner extensions --4-- of the clamping pieces --3--.
Since the holding device according to the invention can in principle be used with all practically occurring types of roof cladding, a roof cladding has not been shown.
