<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>

<Desc/Clms Page number 7>
<Desc/Clms Page number 8>
<Desc/Clms Page number 9>
<Desc/Clms Page number 10>
eingesteckte Spreizkopf 39 darin Platz findet.

The invention relates to a rail fastening for drawers according to the preamble of the independent claims. A simple type of rail fastening is known from the utility model DE 29507322 '. The attachment consists of an anchor (7), which is anchored in the front panel of the drawers. Furthermore, an adjustment part is provided which is attached to the railing tube. The adjustment part can be inserted into the anchoring, the length adjustment of the railing being made possible by the adjustment part.
@ From the utility model DE 295 18 690 a further developed connecting fitting is known, an expansion dowel being arranged in the front panel of the drawer, in which the furniture fitting can be anchored by means of a suitable expanding part. By inserting the expansion part and tilting the entire fitting arrangement, the expansion part is moved axially in the expansion dowel, so that the dowel expands and is firmly anchored in the front panel.
The US -5,690,405 / discloses a connection arrangement for connecting a rail to a drawer rear wall, the end of the rail with a
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
Fastening part is connected. A corresponding fastening part on the
The back of the drawer has an open slot opening into which the
Fastener can be hung. The fastening part also has one
Snap hook, which snaps into place behind an edge of the rear part and thus secures the connection.
The present invention has for its object a rail attachment for
Drawers of the type mentioned in terms of ease of installation, the
Space requirements and the assembly and load capacity of the connection to improve.
This task is solved by the characteristic features of the independent claims.
A first embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the fastening fitting has a head part with an expansion head which can be inserted into the expansion dowel, and the expansion head has guide ribs which are guided in corresponding guide grooves of the expansion dowel when the expansion head is inserted, the expansion head being complete Pushing in by swiveling the head part causes the expansion dowel to spread, whereby the guide ribs disengage from the guide grooves and secure the expansion head against being pulled out.
A further development of this embodiment provides that the expansion head is arranged on a lever piece which has an attachment which acts as a counter bearing when tilting and which engages in an associated recess in the expansion anchor.
The expansion plug has a longitudinal opening for inserting the expansion head, the guide grooves being arranged within a partial section of the longitudinal opening of the expansion plug. The guide grooves therefore do not extend over the entire length of the expansion dowel in order to allow the head part to be pivoted after insertion.
Furthermore, it is provided that an edge directed axially in the direction of the insertion opening is provided in the expansion dowel, against which an attachment of the inserted expansion head rests, so that an additional securing against axial pulling out is created.
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
The head part preferably has a coupling, into which a corresponding counterpart of an intermediate piece can be hung. The railing pipe is attached to the intermediate pipe.
A second embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the fastening fitting has a head part with an expansion head which can be inserted into the expansion dowel, the expansion head having at least one catch at its rear end, that after the expansion head has been fully inserted into the expansion dowel, the latter has its own Latching lugs come into assigned, corresponding to a first latching position, locking recesses of the expansion dowel, whereby the expansion dowel is spread by pivoting the expansion head, and the locking lugs are brought into assigned, corresponding to a second locking position, locking recesses in the expansion dowel and thereby secure the expansion head against pulling out.
A further axial securing of the expansion head is achieved in that at least one anchoring projection directed radially outwards is provided on the expansion head.
In order to facilitate pivoting of the head part, it has two opposing, radially outwardly directed bearing lugs which engage in the associated bearing recesses of the expanding plug after the head part has been completely inserted, the pivoting of the expanding head taking place along an axis defined by these bearing approaches.
The expansion dowel is not spread by the head part, but by an expansion wedge arranged in front of the head part. The expansion anchor has an approximately V-shaped longitudinal opening adapted to the cross section of the expansion wedge, the expansion part shifting transversely to the longitudinal opening when the head part is pivoted and exerting pressure on the inner surfaces of the expansion anchor so that it expands outward.
A third embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the fastening part has a hook extension which can be hooked into an associated opening in the rear wall of the drawer, a pawl opposite the hook extension being provided which unhooking the hook extension and thus releasing the fastening part from the back wall prevents.
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
The pawl is preferably designed as a resilient tab, the
Locking effect can be canceled manually or with an appropriate tool. The
The pawl is supported on the inner edge of the hanging opening.
The railing tube can preferably be inserted into an associated opening of the fastening part and locked therein, in that the railing tube has a tab on its outer circumference, the free end of which in the direction
Railing pipe end has. A latching projection projects into the opening of the fastening part and, when the railing tube is inserted, presses the tab radially inwards and thereby causes the railing tube to be locked within the opening.
An essential advantage of the invention is the tool-free quick assembly of the rail fastening, both for the front panel and for the rear wall. The fastening devices described have a small footprint and secure the rail against tensile and compressive loads.
A further advantage is that the pivoting direction for the front fastening runs in one plane with the rear wall fastening, so that both fastenings can be fixed with a swiveling movement.
Several exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with the aid of corresponding drawing figures. Further features and advantages of the invention emerge from the drawings and their description.

Figures 15 to 23 embodiment shown.
A first embodiment of the rail fastening is shown in FIG. One can see schematically a section of the front panel 1 of the drawer, which one
Has mounting hole 2 for an expansion plug 3. The expansion plug 3 is inserted into the mounting hole 2 before the rail fastening is installed. The refing attachment or the attachment fitting consists of a head part 7 which is connected to the expansion dowel 3 and an intermediate piece which carries an adjusting nut 16 for adjusting the length of the railing 17. The head part 7 and the intermediate piece 13 can be connected to one another via a coupling 14 and an associated coupling counterpart 15. A coupling sleeve 18 is arranged on the railing 17, by means of which the entire arrangement can be covered.
Figures 2 and 3 show the entire arrangement in section. The expansion plug 3 is received in the mounting hole 2 of the front panel 1. The fastening fitting with its head part 7 and expansion head 8 is now inserted into the expansion anchor at an oblique angle to the longitudinal axis of the expansion anchor 3, the expansion anchor 3 having guide grooves 4, in which associated guide ribs 9 of the expansion head 8 are guided (compare FIGS. 8 and 9).
The expansion head 8 is thus inserted obliquely into the expansion dowel 3 and pushed in as far as it will go, in which case the guide ribs 9 disengage from the guide groove 4 and the entire fastening fitting can be pivoted in the direction of the arrow 19 so that it extends in one axis with the expansion dowel 3 is arranged, as can be seen in Figure 3. In this case, a projection 11 arranged on the expansion head 8 arrives in an associated recess 6 of the expansion anchor and acts there as a counter-bearing, the expansion head 8 pressing against the expansion anchor 3 from the inside and anchoring it in the fastening bore 2. The expansion dowel 3 also has an inwardly directed edge 5, to which an associated one
<Desc / Clms Page number 7>
Approach 12 of the expansion head 8 creates.
This provides an axial locking device, because in this position the mounting bracket or the
Spreading head 8 can no longer be removed from the expansion plug 3.
FIG. 4 shows the arrangement in a side view with the coupling sleeve 18 pushed over the arrangement:
FIG. 5 shows a section of the illustration in FIG. 4, it being very easy to see here how the extension 11 of the lever piece 10 lies in the recess 6 of the expansion anchor 3 and how the extension 12 of the expansion head 8 on the associated edge 5 of the expansion anchor 3 abuts so that the expansion head 8 can no longer be removed from the expansion plug 3. It can also be seen how the expansion dowel 3 expands in the receiving opening 2 and digs in the front panel 1 with a corresponding external toothing. The entire arrangement can be covered and protected with the union sleeve 18.
FIGS. 6 and 7 show details of the head part 7. This comprises a coupling 14, by means of which it can be connected to the intermediate piece 13. Furthermore, a lever piece 10 is provided, which carries the shoulder 11, which acts as a counter bearing. The spreading head 8 with its guide ribs 9 is arranged at the front end of the lever piece. The coupling 14 has two opposing projections 21 directed in the direction of the expansion head 8, the function of which is described below.
The design of the expansion anchor is shown in Figure 8. One recognizes the guide grooves 4 machined into the wall of the insertion opening and the recess 6 for receiving the shoulder 11 of the lever piece 10. Furthermore, the two-part design of the dowel end piece can be seen, so that a spreading by appropriate internal pressure is possible. Due to the locking teeth on the outer circumference of the expansion anchor, it can be firmly anchored in a corresponding mounting hole. On the end face of the expansion dowel 3, two opposing recesses 22 are provided, into which the projections 21 of the coupling 14 engage. These are used to align and secure the connection.
FIG. 9 shows an exploded view of the rail fastening in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 8.
<Desc / Clms Page number 8>
FIGS. 10 to 14 now show a further embodiment of a
Rail fastening, in particular for the rear fastening on the rear wall of the drawer.
Figure 10 shows a section of the rear wall 26, which on the side
Bending has an opening 27. A fastening part 23 is provided, which carries a hook extension 24 which can be suspended in the opening 27, so that the fastening part 23 is connected to the rear wall 26. As can be seen in particular in FIG. 12, the hook extension 24 is hooked into the rear wall 26, an upper section of the fastening part 23 resting against the assigned section of the rear wall 26. The fastening part has a pawl 25 directed opposite to the hook extension 24, the dimensions of which are just large enough to fill the remaining part of the opening 27 when the hook extension 24 is suspended.
The pawl 25 is designed as a resilient tab, by means of which it is now prevented that the fastening part 23 can be removed again from the rear wall 26, since this pawl 25 prevents the hook extension 24 from unhooking. The locking action of the pawl 25 can be released manually or with an appropriate tool, i. H. the pawl can be pressed outwards from the inside of the drawer, so that the fastening part 23 can be removed from the rear wall.
As can be seen in particular in FIGS. 11 and 13, the fastening part 23 has a receiving opening 28 for the railing pipe 29. The railing pipe 29 can be inserted into the receiving opening 28 and locked therein. For this purpose, the railing pipe 29 has a tab 30, the free end of which points in the direction of the railing pipe end. As can be seen in FIG. 14, a latching projection 31 projects into the opening 28 of the fastening part 23, which presses the tab 30 radially inward when the railing tube is inserted and thereby causes the cleaning tube 29 to be locked within the opening 28.
A third embodiment of the rail fastening is shown in FIGS. 15 to 24. FIG. 15 again shows a section of the front panel 32, an expansion dowel 34 being able to be inserted into an associated fastening bore 33 in the front panel 32. The railing tube itself is connected to a head part 38, which can be anchored in the expansion plug 34. The entire arrangement can be covered by means of a union sleeve 44.
FIG. 16 shows that the fastening fitting is again inserted into the expansion plug 34 at an angle to the longitudinal axis thereof. The head part 38 has

two opposite bearing lugs 40, soft after complete
Introducing the expansion head 39 come to rest in the associated bearing recesses 35 of the expansion plug 34. After the expansion head 39 has been fully inserted into the expansion dowel 34, corresponding locking lugs 42 on the expansion head 39 enter the corresponding recesses 36 of the expansion dowel 34 corresponding to a first locking position. The fastening fitting can now be pivoted in the direction of the arrow 45 so that it fits with the longitudinal axis of the expansion dowel 34 forms a line.
The head part 38 is also pivoted along an axis defined by the bearing lugs 40, as a result of which the expansion head 39 is pressed against the inner wall of the fastening bore 33 and an anchoring projection 41 arranged on the expansion head 39 digs into the material of the front panel. At the same time, the catch projection 42 of the expansion head 39 reaches a second catch position, which is defined by second catch recesses 37 in the expansion plug 34. This second detent and the effect of the anchoring projection 41 secure the fastening fitting against axial movement in the expansion dowel and firmly anchor it in it. As can be seen in particular in FIGS. 19 and 20, the head part 38 has an expanding wedge 47 which is approximately V-shaped in cross section.
The insertion opening of the expansion anchor is adapted to this expansion wedge 47 in cross section, that is to say it is wider in the lower region than in the middle or upper region. This makes it possible to insert the expansion head 39 with expansion wedge 47 into the expansion dowel 34, and after pivoting the expansion head or expansion wedge 47, the larger cross-section of the expansion wedge 47 presses against the inner walls of the expansion dowel 34, expands it and firmly anchors it in the front panel 32. On the outer circumference, the expansion dowel 34 has a toothing 48 which digs accordingly into the material of the front panel 32.
FIGS. 21 and 22 show details of the head part 38. This comprises an expansion wedge 47, to which the expansion head 39 connects. The anchoring projection 41 arranged on the upper part of the expansion head and the locking projections 42 arranged opposite to the direction of insertion can be seen very nicely. To support the pivoting movement, the head part 38 has two opposing bearing projections 40 which, as will be described further below, into associated bearing recesses 35 of the expansion anchor 34 engages. FIG. 22 clearly shows the wedge-shaped shape of the expanding wedge 47.
FIG. 23 shows details of the expansion plug 34. This has an approximately wedge-shaped insertion opening which is wider in the lower area than in the upper area. The insertion opening widens in the rear area so that the

inserted expansion head 39 finds room in it. In the area of the insertion opening, bearing recesses 35 are arranged, in which the bearing projections 40 of the head part 38 come to rest. In the rear area, one can see the locking recesses 36 and 37, in which the associated locking lugs 42 of the expansion head 39 engage, depending on the pivoting position. In the position of the expansion head 39 assigned to the locking recesses 37, it can no longer be axially detached from the expansion plug 34.
Figure 24 finally shows an exploded view of the embodiment as described in Figures 15-23.
