Description

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

 <Desc/Clms Page number 3>

 Wünscht man z.

 <Desc/Clms Page number 8>

   Fig. 16a, 16b, 16c und 16d zeigen den Verlauf der Querbeschleunigung von Übergangsbögen erfindungsgemässer Gleise. deren Leitlinie in einer horizontalen Ebene verläuft und welche gemäss der Ausführungsform nach den Fig. 1 bis 4 ausgebildet sind.   d. h., dass   die Schienen des Gleises unmittelbar an dem die Trassierung bestimmenden realen Flächenstreifen verlaufen, für den die vorstehend schon mehrfach erwähnte Differenzierbarkeitsbedingung gilt ;

 <Desc/Clms Page number 10>

 d. h., dass es sich um Übergangsbögen mit einer Länge von 154 m handelt, welche von einem gerade verlaufenden Gleisabschnitt zu einem kreisbogenförmig verlaufenden Gleisabschnitt mit einem Radius von 1500 m führen, wobei die Überhöhung der im Bogen aussenliegenden Schiene von 0 mm im Verlauf des Übergangsbogens auf 154 mm ansteigt, die Kompensation der Querbeschleunigung durch die genannte Überhöhung der Aussenschiene des Gleises auf die Leitlinie des Gleises bezogen ist und für eine Nenngeschwindigkeit von 140 km/h ausgelegt ist, und die Fahrgeschwindigkeit 200 km/h beträgt ;

   The object of the invention is a track with two rails arranged on a real surface strip with a cant angle, with a real, spatially extending guide curve with a predetermined basic curvature, with predetermined changing direction angles and radii of curvature and possibly changing gradient angles and with reference to the rails being defined between them changing cant angle.

   In the case of tracks, so-called transition arches are provided between straight track sections and track sections that run according to an arc, and also between track sections that are at a distance from one another, depending on an arc, in the course of which the radius of curvature of the track changes; at the end of such a transition arch that adjoins a straight section of the track, the transition arch has a practically infinitely large radius of curvature, while at those ends of transition arches at which the transition arch in question merges into a section of the track that runs along an arc, Transition arc provides a radius of curvature that corresponds to the radius of the circular arc in question.

   It is further customary to arrange the rail lying on the outside in these longitudinal sections of the track, the rail lying on the outside higher than the inside rail, and to reduce the effect of the transverse accelerations caused by centrifugal action when driving on the curved track sections in such a way that the effects on the Rail radially acting forces and the radial forces acting on the load of the vehicles are kept as small as possible.

   Generally speaking, the extent of the elevation of the outer rail relative to the inner rail of a track section running in an arc is chosen the greater the greater the curvature of the track at such an arc location and the higher the speed at which such a track starts the arc site in question is to be used. Corresponding to the differences in the extent of the elevation that exists between the track sections adjoining the two ends of a transition arch, the extent of this elevation generally changes in the course of the transition arches. This results in a ramp-like course of the rail lying on the outside of the arch compared to the rail lying on the inside of the arch in question.

   By choosing the course of the curvature of the track in the transitional arches, whereby a course of the ramp-like rise coordinated with the course of the curvature was also provided, abrupt changes in the lateral acceleration, which have their origin in the course of the track, and both the track to avoid excessive use, as well as to have adverse effects in vehicles; in fact, with these known concepts there are abrupt changes in the forces that occur.

   In the case of conventional transition arches, in which the track has a clotoidal shape, i. That is, that the curvature in the transition curve changes linearly with the length of the curve and that the elevation also increases linearly with the length of the curve, this track course gives rise to sudden loads at the ends of such a transition curve. These act on the track and cause signs of deterioration on the track after a relatively short operating time; Such shock-like forces also act on passengers. which are in the carriages traveling on the track, these shock-like forces being felt unpleasantly and also having a disadvantageous effect on the cargo which is in the vehicles and on the vehicles themselves.

   However, other concepts for the course of the curvature present in the transition arches and for a course of the rise of the cant in the relevant transition curve associated with such a curvature course result in abrupt changes in the forces which have their origin in accelerations which are caused by the course of the track . In a known concept, in which the curvature in the transition arch follows two second-degree parabolas in a row, there are abrupt changes in the transverse forces at the two ends of the transition arch and in the middle thereof, where the two parabolas merge.

   In transition arches, the curvature of which changes according to a cubic parabola (Blossian ramp) and in the case of transition arches, the curvature of which changes according to a sine function (sine ramp), abrupt changes in the forces mentioned occur at both ends of the respective transition arc.

   The aim of the present invention is. to create a track in which at least the speed-dependent accelerations in the vertical direction are avoided, since they represent a particularly unpleasant or high load for both the passenger and the car body.

   The track according to the invention with two rails arranged on a real surface strip with a cant angle, with a real, spatially extending guide curve with a predetermined layout curvature, with predetermined changing direction angles and radii of curvature and predetermined, possibly changing, gradient angles and predetermined, based on the rails, centrally between them. changing cant angle, where both the direction angle, the gradient angle as

  <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

 also the cant angle is a function of the arc length of the Lelt curve 1 st. that of a first area with constant radius of curvature over a second area, u. between

   with a transition arc with changing radii of curvature, merges into a further area with a constant radius of curvature, the corresponding area strip from the first area with a constant canting angle
 EMI2.1
 passes constant constant cant angle, consists essentially in the fact that the function of the cant angle according to the arc length is constant both in its increase and in the change in its increase according to the arc length.

   The provision of a track course, which is defined by a surface strip running along the track, the cant angle being at least twice continuously differentiable functions of the arc length of the guiding curve of this surface strip, results in a continuous course of when the track is traveled at a speed v> 0 vertical acceleration component. Due to the constant course of this acceleration component, there are no sudden changes or shocks in the forces which result from accelerations in the vertical direction, which have their origin in the course of the track.

   Surface strips are to be understood as a strip in the sense of differential geometry, the main curve of which forms the geometric center line of the track. The directional angle is measured in the horizontal plane, the slope angle is the angle between the horizontal plane and the stripe tangent and the overlap angle of the surface stripe.

   Is the function of the curvature of the floor plan based on the length of the arch steady both in its rise and in the change in its rise with the arch length. the force on the passenger or the car body is not subject to a sudden change in either the horizontal or the vertical direction.

   In the case of the track designed according to the invention, the rails of the track can be provided running directly on the fictitious surface strip, for which the aforementioned differentiability conditions apply with regard to the cant angle and possibly the direction angle and gradient angle.

   One embodiment of the track according to the invention is that a fictitious surface strip is provided with a fictitious guiding curve with a cant angle, directional angle and, if necessary, gradient angle, a mass point moving on the fictitious guiding curve with a predetermined nominal speed being subject to a lateral acceleration of zero, and the real guiding curve by shifting one Each point of the leading curve in the direction of a straight line, which includes constant angles with the tangent and stripe normal of the fictitious surface stripe, in particular coincides with the normal, by a constant predetermined distance, the normal on the fictitious surface stripe in particular also being directed normally onto the real surface stripe .

   This design of the track according to the invention is particularly important for the often sought-after switching off of lateral accelerations in the vehicle by appropriately selecting the elevation of the rail lying on the outside of the curve. You can choose the elevation of the rail located in the curve so that at a certain speed, namely the nominal speed, there are no lateral accelerations for certain points of the vehicle. It is often advantageous if the lateral acceleration at the nominal speed mentioned in the center of gravity disappears; but you can also choose other points in which no lateral acceleration occurs at a selectable nominal speed due to a correspondingly defined elevation of the rail of the track lying outside in the curve, such as.

   B. the point at which the pantograph touches the catenary.

  A course of the area strip, to which the aforementioned differentiability conditions relate, above the rails of the track is generally provided for those cases in which a substantial part of the vehicle mass of the vehicles intended for the track is at a level above the rails; conversely, a course of this fictitious area strip below the rails is generally provided when a substantial part of the vehicle mass of the vehicles provided for the track is at a level below the rails, as is the case, for. B. is the case with monorails.

   In all these cases, the fictitious area strip, for which the aforementioned differentiability conditions apply, runs at the level of those vehicle points for which one wants to achieve a disappearance of the lateral acceleration at nominal speed, and the other, real area strip results, on which the rails of the Tracks run through the aforementioned parallel shift from this first-mentioned fictitious area strip.

   In the last-mentioned design of the track according to the invention, in which the rails run on a surface strip which results from the fictitious surface strip by parallel displacement, a clear deflection of the rail to the outside occurs in the transition arches, which occurs at the beginning of the

  <Desc / Clms Page number 3>

 Transition arches, where their greatest radius of curvature is present, can be seen directly with the naked eye, especially at the beginning of transition arches that start from straight track sections.

   Corresponding to this, the connection of the surface strip on which the rails run, which is essential for this embodiment of the track according to the invention, with a fictitious surface strip running parallel to this surface strip and which is at a preselected height above or below the rails, results in the usual computational way.

   A preferred embodiment of the track according to the invention, which, in addition to the avoidance of jerky forces and abruptly changing forces, also achieves a good continuous minimization of the lateral acceleration over the entire course of the curve when this curve is driven at nominal speed, is characterized in that the cant angle ik is a function of the arc length s of the Lelt curve of the real or fictitious area strip, which can be continuously differentiated at least twice, and for this the relationship
 EMI3.1
 is fulfilled, in which relation v a preselected speed at which a vehicle moves along the track, g the acceleration due to gravity,

     + 'means the first derivative of the direction angle + according to the arc length s and the first derivative of the slope angle o according to the arc length s, and that the direction angle <t <and the gradient angle 0 in the real or fictitious area strip is at least three times continuously differentiable functions of the arc length s of the leading curve of the fictitious or real area strip.

   The lateral acceleration disappears for the point moving on the guiding curve of the real or fictitious surface strip at the nominal speed. By arranging the rails of the track on another surface strip as mentioned above, the arrangement can advantageously be made such that this point is close to the center of gravity or in the center of gravity of the vehicle. The course of the lateral acceleration is also given for the other points of the vehicle when the track is designed in accordance with the invention.

   For the practical conception of a track according to the invention, it is advantageous if a guide curve is selected for the real or fictitious area strip, in which the curvature of the outline of this guide curve is represented by a function, of which at least the first and the ones in the area of the transition curve in question second derivative, but preferably all derivatives, exist and are continuous and disappear at the ends of the transition curve in question.

   It is furthermore advantageous if the second derivative of the function representing the curvature of the outline of the guide curve of the real or fictitious surface strip as a function of the arc length in the area of the transition curve in question has only a single change of sign and that the image curve of this function with respect to the center of the Length of the transition curve runs approximately centrically symmetrically.

   In an advantageous further development of these two last-mentioned embodiments, it can be provided that the function representing the curvature of the outline of the guide curve of the real or fictitious surface strip depending on the arc length in the transition curve increases or decreases monotonically from its initial value to its final value and at the ends of the transition curve is continuously differentiable at least twice, preferably differentiable as often as desired.

   In this way, a practically favorable implementation, which offers several adjustment options with regard to the curve shape of the guide curve, can be obtained if it is provided that the function representing the curvature of the outline of the guide curve of the fictitious or real surface strip functions as a function of the arc length

  In addition to adaptability, one of the functions # (x) mentioned above has a training of

   A simpler solution when designing the guide curve can be obtained if it is provided that the function representing the curvature of the outline of the guide curve of the fictitious or real surface strip as a function of the arc length is formed by superimposing a linear function of the arc length with a sine function of the arc length is.

   Another very simple embodiment results if it is provided that the function representing the curvature of the outline of the guide curve of the fictitious or real surface strip as a function of the arc length is the function (x) = x3 (6X2 - 15x + 10), where

   Yet another equally simple embodiment in which the third derivative of the function (x) is continuous. arises if one provides that the curvature of the ground plan of the main curve of the fictitious

   The aforementioned properties of a function which represents the curvature of the outline of the guide curve of the real surface strip of a track designed according to the invention are also given in many other functions. To do this, e.g. For example, the function J (x) = sin2 [#. Sin2 (#. X)]. from which

   With regard to those embodiments of the track according to the invention in which the rails of the track, as explained above, run on a real area strip, which results from a fictitious area strip by parallel displacement, it is generally advantageous if the real area strip on which the rails run, results from a parallel shift of the fictitious surface strip in the direction of its strip normal.

   A favorable further development of this embodiment is obtained if it is provided that the rails of the track on one of the fictitious surface strips are obtained by a parallel displacement of this surface strip in the direction of its strip normal and by a further parallel displacement of the points of the guide curve of the geometric auxiliary strip thus obtained in the vertical direction other, real area strips.

   This embodiment is particularly advantageous if the track elevation in the transition curve is to be formed to approximately the same extent by lowering the inner rail and raising the outer rail, which offers the advantage that there is no change in the center of gravity level in the transition curve. Such an embodiment of the track superelevation can also be obtained if the rails of the track run on the fictitious surface strip above.

   Reference was made above to the layout of the guide curve of the real surface strip, or to the function which represents the curvature of the layout of the guide curve. It is implicitly assumed that the guide curve has a spatial course, i. that is, the slope angle o is different from zero. The guiding curve runs in a horizontal plane. the Gefmietwmket is of course zero and the Lertkurve coincides with its floor plan; in this case, what has been said above for the layout of the guide curve also applies to the guide curve itself.

   To a good approximation, this also applies if the vessel angle a is small. which is almost always the case in practice for high-speed routes, where the lateral accelerations have a particular impact.

   From the above-mentioned function J (x), which represents the curvature of the layout of the guide curve, the course of the guide curve itself also results, ie. that is, the course of the leading curve can be derived from the function (x). You get from the function <) to integrate over some simple transformations, which express the main curve in the parameter representation or coordinate representation. The evaluation of these integrals shows the course of the leading curve. This evaluation can easily, for. B. using numerical methods.

   So z. B. In the case of a transition curve running in a horizontal plane, which is important in practice, the course of the leading curve of the surface strip can be derived in the rectangular coordinates as follows:
Between the directional angle < <) of the leading curve, the arc length s of the leading curve and the curvature X of the leading curve, the relationship exists

The simplest way to evaluate these integrals is to use numerical methods to obtain the shape of the leading curve.

   16a, 16b, 16c and 16d show the course of the lateral acceleration as it occurs bel of a first group of embodiments of tracks according to the invention in the transition curve, and FIGS. 17a, 17b, 17c and 17d show the course of the lateral acceleration as at a second group of tracks designed according to the invention occurs in the transition curve
1 to 4, a straight track section 2, an arcuate track section 3 and an intermediate track section 4, which forms a transition arc between the straight track section 2 and the circular track section 3, are provided .

   In the course of the transition curve 4 from the straight track section 2 to the circular track section 3, the extent of the curvature of the track increases from zero or the radius of curvature R ', which corresponds to the radius of curvature of the circular track section 3. The curvature or radii are based on the central guideline 5 of the track 1. The one rail 6 of the track 1, which lies in the arcuate sections 3, 4 of the track 1 on the outside of the curve, is offset in height in these track sections with respect to the other rail 7 of the track; this counteracts the radial forces that occur when driving on the track and occur both in the vehicle in question and on the track.

   Corresponding to this increase in the curvature or the decrease in the radius of curvature R in the transition curve 4 to the value present in the track section 3 running in the shape of an arc, the height offset of the rail 6 of the track lying outside in the curve also increases with respect to the rail 7 of the track lying inside the curve; a transition ramp is thus formed, in the course of which the rail 6 rises from the height level of the rail 7, which the rail 6 occupies in the straight track section 2, to the level given in the arcuate track section 3 with respect to the level of the rail 7.

   The extent of the height offset 8 present at the respective point of the transition arch 4 in question, by which the rail 6 lies higher than the rail 7, is, as mentioned, dependent on the curvature of the track present at the respective location of the transition arch, and the extent of this height displacement can increase with increasing track curvature or with a progressive decrease in the radius of curvature of the track can be seen from FIGS. 2 to 4.

   The course of the track 1 or the position of the rails 6, 7 of this track is determined by a real surface strip 10, on which the rails 6, 7 run, and by the track width 11. The course of the guideline 5 of the track, which is also the guiding curve of the real area strip 10, is selected so that
 EMI7.1
 are at least twice continuously differentiable functions of the arc length of the guide curve of the real surface strip 10. It is assumed in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4 that the transition curve runs in a horizontal plane; the slope angle a is accordingly zero.

   In the embodiment according to FIG. 6 there is a slope of the track in the transition curve; if this gradient or the gradient angle o is constant, the first derivative of the gradient angle is already zero; Only if the slope and thus the slope angle a changes depending on the arc length of the guide curve, does the aforementioned condition apply that the slope angle a must be an at least twice continuously differentiable function of the arc length of the guide curve of the real surface strip 10.

   In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the rails 6, 7 of the track 1 run directly on the real surface strip 10, which forms the basis for the alignment of the track and meets the aforementioned differentiability conditions with regard to directional angle, slope angle and cant angle.

   In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 to 11, the layout of the track is determined by a fictitious surface strip 12 with a guide curve 16, for which the direction angle 41
 EMI7.2
 Tangent 20 and the strip normal 21 of the geometric strip 12 includes constant angles; in the case shown in FIGS. 7 to 11, this shift takes place in the direction of the strip normal 21 itself, i. H. the direction 18 of the parallel displacement for deriving the real surface strip 10 ′ from the first fictitious surface strip 12 coincides with the direction of the strip normal 21.

   It is also assumed in this case shown in FIGS. 7 to 11 that the track runs in a horizontal plane.

  <Desc / Clms Page number 8>

   Analogous to bel of the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 5, in the embodiment according to FIGS. 7 to 11 a height offset or elevation of the rail lying outside in the arch with respect to the rail lying inside the arch is provided in order to reduce the effect of the Reduce lateral acceleration occurring on the curve.

   In the embodiment according to FIGS. 7 to 11, the layout of the track 1 is determined by a corresponding determination of the course of the fictitious surface strip 12. The guiding curve 16 and, for the curved sections of the track, also the cant angles are determined. As already discussed, this cant angle is related to the course of the transition curve of the track. In the straight sections of the track, this angle is zero and the floor plan 16 ′ of the Leltkurve 16 coincides with the guide curve 5 of the real surface strip 10 ′, which is still to be derived, or with the guide line of the track 1.

   If the parallel displacement by which the real surface strip 10 ′ is derived from the fictitious surface strip 12, deviates from the case shown in detail in FIG. 9, not in the direction of the strip normal 21 but at an angle to this, then there is a parallel lying in the straight track sections the guideline of the track 1 or the guiding curve 5 of the real area strip 10 ′ and the layout of the guiding curve 16 of the fictitious area strip 12.

   The direction of the parallel displacement by which the real surface strip 10 ′ is derived from the fictitious surface strip 12 is preferably chosen to run approximately in the direction of the strip normal 21.

   The parallel displacement, which in the derivation of the real surface strip 10 ', on which the rails 6, 7 run, from the fictitious surface strip 12, which runs above the rails or the guideline 5 of the track 1, results together with that in arches given track sections given height offset of the rail lying on the outside of the arch in relation to the rail lying on the inside of the arch, a deflection of the track, i.e. both rails of the same and also guideline 5, towards the outside of the arch, as is shown in the plan in Fig 11 and shown in vertical radial section in Fig. 12; the extent of this evasion is designated 14.

   Since the complete compensation of the lateral acceleration due to the effect of the elevation of the rail located in the curve when driving on the curve at the preselected nominal speed is only possible for the points of the vehicle moving along the guide curve 16 and this distance less with increasing distance from the guide curve 16 is chosen, route 17, over which the parallel displacement for deriving the real area strip 10 'is expediently so large that the guide curve 16 comes to lie in that area of the vehicles in which the main mass of these vehicles is located or in which the The effect of the lateral accelerations should be kept as small as possible.

   The result is that, in practice, the length of the path 17 over which the said parallel displacement takes place is greater than 1 m, usually around 2 m; the length of the route 17 is preferably selected such that the fictitious area strip 12 is approximately at the height at which the center of gravity 23 of vehicles which are to drive on the track 1 is located. In this way, the often disadvantageous effects of transverse accelerations in the loading or passenger compartment 24 of vehicles 25 are largely reduced and, correspondingly, the stress on the track by forces resulting from the transverse accelerations is kept low.

   Since the line 17 has a length of more than 1 m in practice, the deflection of the track 1 towards the outside of the curve can be easily recognized with the naked eye, in particular at the ends 22 of transition arches 4 which follow straight track sections 2.

   In the variant according to FIG. 13, it is provided that the derivation of the real surface strip 10 ', on which the rails 6, 7 of the track run, from a fictitious surface strip 12 takes place in two steps, firstly from the fictitious surface strip 12 by parallel displacement 27 a geometric auxiliary strip 30 is formed in the direction of the strip normal 21, and starting from this auxiliary strip 30 by a further parallel displacement in which the points of the guide curve 31 of the geometric auxiliary strip 30 and, in parallel, the other points of the auxiliary strip are shifted in the vertical direction 32, the real surface strip 10 ', on which the rails 6, 7 run, is derived.

   Such a shift in two steps, which of course can be added geometrically to an overall shift, results overall in a direction 34 of the parallel shift which deviates from the direction of the stripe normals 21 and through which the real streak 10 'is derived from the fictitious stripe 12. Such a two-step parallel shift can advantageously be provided if certain conditions of the terrain or the building conditions are to be taken into account, e.g. B. if the rail 7 lying on the inside of the arch is to run in a horizontal plane. The aforementioned parallel displacement in the vertical direction can be carried out both upwards and downwards.

   It is favorable for the conception of the course of the Lelt curve of the real surface strip, which in turn defines the course of the track, if one starts from a function which represents the curvature of the outline of the guide curve of this real surface strip as a function of the arc length of the guide curve. In order to arrive at representations that are easily comparable with one another, one leads expediently using the relationship x = t. in which) denotes the length of the transition arch in question, instead of the arch length s as "dimensionless arch length", the parameter x, and a "dimensionless curvature" @ is further carried out using the relationship
 EMI9.1
 a.

   This function @ represents the curvature of the outline of the guide curve of the real surface strip in dimensionless form. In the above relation e is the curvature of the outline of the guide curve, tri the value that this curvature has at one end of the transition curve and% 2 the value of this Has curvature at the other end of the transition arch. The dimensionless curvature disappears for x = 0 and takes the value 1 at x = 1.

   14 shows image curves for different functions (x). Hiebei shows a the course of the function (x). which is associated with a clotoid-shaped course of the guide curve, which results in a transition curve, at both ends of which pulse-like transverse accelerations occur which give rise to impact forces. b shows the course of a function). whose image curve is formed by two parabolas lined up in the middle (x = 0, 5).

   In the corresponding transition curve there are jumps in the lateral acceleration at the ends of the curve and in the center of the curve. c and d are the image curves of functions (x). which follow a cubic parabola or a sinus line and in these cases there are jumps in the lateral acceleration at the ends of the respective transition curve. e is the image curve of a function

 thus also with the first derivative # of the direction angle # of the guide curve;

    If a superelevation compensating for the transverse acceleration for a nominal speed is provided, 'is directly related to the superelevation angle of the surface strip, and in this way the differentiability required for the track according to the invention is obtained if the function x) is repeated several times

 the track that defines the track. There is a corresponding relationship between the curvature # and the gradient angle a, but it should be mentioned again that the gradient angle a is constant or very small or zero for most practical cases.

   15a, 15b, 15c and 15d show the course of the lateral acceleration. as they occur with known concepts of transition arches, which run along a horizontal plane, at a location located 2 m above the guideline of the track, these transition arches having a course that corresponds to that in FIG. 14 with a. b, c and d correspond to the image curves of the function # (x). These are transition arches, which lead from a straight track section to a circular track section with a radius of 1500 m, the length of the transition curve being 154 m and the elevation of the rail on the outside of the transition curve from 0 mm to 154 mm increases.

   The cant is designed to compensate for the transverse bombardment at a nominal speed of 140 km / h and it is that in FIGS. 15a, 15b, 15c and
15d calculated lateral acceleration calculated for a driving speed of 200 km / h.

   16a, 16b, 16c and 16d show the course of the transverse acceleration of transition arches of tracks according to the invention. whose guideline runs in a horizontal plane and which are designed according to the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4. d. That is, the rails of the track run directly on the real area strip determining the route, for which the differentiability condition mentioned above applies;

   the dimensions of the transition arches of these tracks are the same as in the aforementioned cases, to which FIGS. 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d relate,

  <Desc / Clms Page number 10>

 d. This means that these are transition arches with a length of 154 m, which lead from a straight track section to a circular arc track section with a radius of 1500 m, with the cantilever of the outer rail of 0 mm in the course of the transition curve rises to 154 mm, the compensation of the lateral acceleration due to the said elevation of the outer rail of the track is based on the guideline of the track and is designed for a nominal speed of 140 km / h, and the driving speed is 200 km / h;

   the lateral acceleration is indicated for a point 2 m above the track in the vehicles traveling on the track. The course of the guideline of the track strip defining the position of the track in the transition curve corresponds to the image curves designated e, f, g and h in FIG. 14 of the function J (x) representing the curvature of the outline of the guide curve of the surface strip. It can be seen that with these designs of the track according to the invention, no sudden changes occur in the course of the transverse acceleration.

   17a, 17b, 17c and 17d show the course of the lateral acceleration that occurs in transition curves of tracks designed according to the invention, the guideline of which is again conceived in accordance with the course of curvature according to the image curves shown in FIGS. 14e, f, g and h, 15 and 16 again apply to the transition arches, with the difference that the lateral accelerations shown in FIGS. 17a, 17b, 17c and 17d are present in embodiments of the track according to the invention which have a structure as shown in 7 to 11 is shown, i. That is, the rails of the track run on a real area strip, which results from a fictitious area strip by parallel displacement, which runs 2 m above the rails following the track route.

   It is the point at which the lateral acceleration in the transition curve is completely compensated for when the rail is traveling at the nominal speed and the transverse acceleration is compensated at a height of 2 m above the track. in other words, at a height at which the center of gravity of the vehicle is in practice in many cases. 17a, 17b, 17c, 17d show the course of the lateral acceleration of the vehicles traveling on the transition arches at such a location 2 m above the tracks when driving on these transition arches at a speed which deviates from the nominal speed 140 km / h, namely 200 km / h occurs. It can be seen that the lateral acceleration has a very balanced course.

   The table below shows the course of embodiments of a number of transition arches of tracks according to the invention in a coordinate representation. All of these transition arches form a transition from a straight track section to an arcuate track section with a radius of 1500 m. The arch length of the transition arches is 155 m. The cant is designed for a nominal speed of 140 km / h. In the parts of the table designated A, B, C and D, the course of transition arches is given, which results when the track is formed according to FIGS. 1 to 4, the transition arches in the sections A, B and C.

 is.

   Parts A, B, C and D of the table correspond to the curves labeled e, f, g and h in FIG. 14 and to the curves of FIGS. 16a, 16b, 16c and 16d.

   Sections E, F, G and H of the table relate again to transition arches of tracks designed according to the invention, which form a transition from a straight circular section to an arcuate circular section with a radius of 1500 m. The arch length of the transition arches is 155 m. The cant is designed for a nominal speed of 140 km / h.

   In these transition arches, deviating from the transition arches according to sections A, B, C and D of the table, there is an embodiment according to FIGS. 7 to 11 of the drawing, i. This means that the rails of the track run in these transition arches on a real area strip, which results from a fictitious area strip located 2 m above the rails, which in turn determines the position of the track and whose guiding curve satisfies the differentiability conditions discussed above. It can be seen that in these transition arches, the course of which is given in sections E, F, G and H of the table, there is a deflection of the track to the outside in the area of these transition arches adjoining the track section which is currently running.

   This is expressed in the negative sign of the ordinate values.
