Verfahren zur Herstellung künstlicher Fasern, Platten, Formstücke, plastischer Gegenstände, Überzüge u. dgl. aus Lösungen von mit Alkalien nach dem Verfahren des
Patentes Nr. 40163 behandelten Osseïn.
In dem Patente Nr. 40163 ist ein Verfahren beschrieben, nach dem das Ossefn mittels Allia. sien in ein neues Produkt übergeführt werden kann, das sich in Wasser, in Lösungen von. Ätzlkalien oder Allkalikarbonaten, in Säurelösungen, in ammoniakalischen Lösungen von Metalloxyden (Kupfer-, Nickel-, Silber-, Quecksilber- u. s. w. Oxyden), in mit Glyzerin versetztem Kupfervitriol, in erwärmtem und konzentriertem Chlorzink u. s. w. auflöst.
Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung sollen diese Lösungen für praktische Zwecke verwendbar gemacht werden, indem man sie ausfällt oder zum Gerinnen bringt (koaguliert).
Dieses Ausfällen oder Koagulieren kann durch eine Anzahl anorganischer oder organischer Substanzen, beispielsweise gewisse neutrale oder saure Metallsalze, wie Ammoniumsulfat, Chlorzink, Kupfervitriol, die alkalischen Perslllfate, mit Gerbsliure oder Oxalsäure versetztes Chlornatrium, Alkohol, Aceton. Gerbsäure u. s. w. zustande gebracht werden, wobei diese Stoffe entweder einzeln oder im Gemisch miteinander Verwendung finden können.
Auf diese Weise kann man beispielsweise künstliche Fasern oder Fäden dadurch erhalten, dass man die zu koagulierenden Lösungen durch Zieheisen, Spritzdüsen oder dgl. hindurch in die Flüssigkeit eintreten lässt. Auch lassen sich unter Benutzung des Verfahrens Platten, Formstücke, plastische Gegenstände, Überzüge, Träger für photographische Ernul- sionen u. s. w. herstellen.

According to the present invention, these solutions should be made usable for practical purposes by precipitating them or causing them to clot (coagulate).
This precipitation or coagulation can be caused by a number of inorganic or organic substances, for example certain neutral or acidic metal salts such as ammonium sulfate, zinc chloride, vitriol, the alkaline persilfates, sodium chloride to which tannic acid or oxalic acid has been added, alcohol, acetone. Tannic acid s. w. be brought about, whereby these substances can be used either individually or in a mixture with one another.
In this way, for example, artificial fibers or threads can be obtained by allowing the solutions to be coagulated to enter the liquid through drawing dies, spray nozzles or the like.
