Abstract

Ein industriell vorfertigbares Außenwand-Element zur Erstellung von Gebäuden ist mit einer statisch tragenden Betonlage (1) und mindestens einem Fenster- oder Türausschnitt (3) versehen. Die in einem Formkasten in horizontaler Stellung gegossene Betonlage (1) weist eine schalungsglatte Innenseite (3) und eine abgezogene Außenseite (4) auf. Der mindestens eine Ausschnitt (2) ist mit einer nach außen weisenden Anlagestufe (6) für den Rahmen (9) versehen, deren Rahmen-Anlagefläche (7) ebenfalls schalungsglatt ausgeführt ist.
