Rail freight wagon with a flat bottom that can be used as a self-unloader.

The invention relates to box goods wagons with a flat bottom which can be used as a self-unloader, and the invention consists in the fact that the car body provided with floor flaps is not rigidly connected to the undercarriage, but is rotatably arranged on the same with the aid of some gearbox around which in the normal position of the car? to be able to open floor flaps secured against opening by the undercarriage in the position of the car body achieved by turning for the purpose of self-unloading.

In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown in different views and sections and in different box positions. It can be seen from this that the trolley consists of the underframe 7 and the box 2. The latter can, for example, be rotated around the pivot J with the circular bar 4 resting on the rollers 5 of the underframe

 and can be arranged.

After the car body has been brought into the transverse or unloading position. the bottom flaps can either be by means of suitable lever or spindle mechanisms (Fig. 2 and 5)

the car body has reached the unloading position, the bottom flaps automatically fold down and the flaps are closed by starting the backward movement of the box gear after unloading.

The sliding pieces 73 of the bottom flaps are guided on and on the sliding rails 14 of the carriage underframe, whereby opening of the hatches in the driving position of the carriage is un-

After the saddle piece 12 has been removed or the two halves of the saddle folded over, the self-unloader described above differs with regard to the clear ones
