Entstaubungsvorrichtung für Dresch-, Strohschüttel- und ähnliche landwirtschaftliche
Maschinen.
Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Neuerungen an Entstaubungsvorrichtungen, hauptsiichlich für Dresch-, Strohschüttel- und ähnliche landwirtschaftliche Maschinen verwendbar. In der Zeichnung ist Fig. 1 der Längsschnitt einer solchen Entstaubungsvorrichtung, welche an einer Dreschmaschine mit Strohschüttlern angebracht ist, Fig. 2 zeigt diese Anordnung im Schnitte nach der Linie r--r der Fig. 1 ; Fig. 3 ist eine Vorderansicht des Ventilatorkastens.
Um das Mitreissen von Strohhalmen etc. zu verhindern, werden an den Ansaugeflächen der Entstaubungsvorrichtungen gewöhnlich Siebe oder Klappen eingebaut. In vorliegendem Falle wird an die Ansaugestelle ein Rahmen r auswechselbar angeordnet, dessen Füllung mit Öffnungen oder Schlitzen versehpn ist, welche dem jeweils zu dreschenden Gute (Getreide, Hülsenfrüchte, Ölgewächse etc.) und dem hiebei angesaugten Staube entsprechen.
Eine hiezu besonders geeignete Füllung ist aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich. Dieselbe ist von einem Wellblech w von zahnartigem Profil gebildet, dessen schräge Flächen im Sinne der Strohförderrichtung nach unten z,lu lauf ('u und dessen steile Flächen Saugöffnungen oder Schlitze tragen.

The present invention relates to innovations in dedusting devices, mainly useful for threshing, straw shaking and similar agricultural machines. In the drawing, FIG. 1 is the longitudinal section of such a dedusting device, which is attached to a threshing machine with straw shakers, FIG. 2 shows this arrangement in section along the line r - r of FIG. 1; Fig. 3 is a front view of the fan box.
In order to prevent straws etc. from being carried away, screens or flaps are usually installed on the suction surfaces of the dedusting devices. In the present case, a frame r is interchangeably arranged at the suction point, the filling of which is provided with openings or slots, which correspond to the goods to be threshed (grain, legumes, oil plants, etc.) and the dust sucked in.
A filling particularly suitable for this can be seen from FIG. The same is formed by a corrugated iron w of a tooth-like profile, the inclined surfaces of which in the sense of the straw conveying direction run downwards z, lu ('u and the steep surfaces of which carry suction openings or slots.
