Description

     Getreidereinigungsmaschine.

     Grain cleaning machine.

The subject of the present invention is a grain cleaning machine which is characterized in that at least one pair of rollers is switched on on the path that the goods to be cleaned pass through inside the machine, for the purpose of removing the grains contained in any ears by processing the ears to win between the reels.

It happens that # ears are between the grains coming out of the threshing machine. These are usually blown away into the chaff. This must therefore be searched for and the latter must be returned to the threshing machine. The arrangement of the above-mentioned pair of rollers for crushing these threads saves a lot of work.

On the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the pair of rollers is shown in FIG. lt to be built into a grain cleaning machine.

FIG. 2 shows schematically the interior of a grain cleaning machine and allows the grain to be traced in the same.

It also shows, for example, the position of the pair of rollers inside a machine with two sieves swept from below by the main wind.

In Fig. 1, the first roller a is firmly mounted on the frame. It is driven by a belt b and is toothed lengthwise. A second, smaller roller c is mounted in its vicinity, namely in two bearings e slidably arranged in the frame d, the latter being pushed by means of springs f in the direction of the rollers a. Their position inside the machine is illustrated in FIG.

The grains pass through the funnel g to the upper sieve h, from there via the sheet 7c to the rollers a and b. These are positioned far enough from one another that the corners that come between the teeth are not crushed by the meshing of the rollers. Any ears found in the estate are then processed by the roller teeth and the grains fall onto the second sieve l. On this they are exposed to the main wind current, cleaned and then go on to the sorting box.

The machine shown is built in such a way. because # the sieves h and l are exposed to the main wind flow.

The pair of rollers is located between the two sieves.

It would also be possible to mount the two rollers so far from each other that the tip circles of their teeth touch, for convenience. because the driven one only takes the other with it when ears of corn get between the rollers In this case it would only have to be ensured that # stops would limit the end position of the roller bearings.
