  Walzwerk mit mehreren hintereinander liegenden Walzenpaaren zum Auswalzen nahtloser Rohre. 



   Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet eine Ausführungsform des Walzwerkes nach dem Stammpatent. Das wesentliche Merkmal dieser   Ausführungsform   besteht darin, dass die Widerlager für die Dornstange, welche beim Stammpatent aus   H beln bestehen,   von zwei Zangen gebildet werden, welche die Dornstange derart festhalten, dass (so wie beim Stammpatent) ein vollkommen selbständiges Arbeiten im Walzwerk ermöglicht ist, und welche ferner die Rohre zentrieren und   führen.   



   Die Zeichnung stellt die neue Ausführungsform dar, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 das Walzwerk in Seitenansicht, teilweise im Schnitt. Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen die beiden Zangen im Grundriss. Fig. 4 stellt das Verbindungsglied der Zangenenden im Schnitt dar. a sind die einzelnen hintereinander liegenden Walzenpaare, b die Führungswalzen, c die   Dornstangen,     d die Dorne, h die auszuwalzenden   Rohre. Die Widerlager für die Dornstange werden von Zangen q, p gebildet, die mit Zapfen r in Lagern s ruhen. Die Enden der Zangen sind durch eine Kolbenstange   11   mit einander verbunden, welche in einem Zylinder t geführt ist. Eine Feder   M'drückt   den Kolben gegen den Boden des Zylinders (Fig. 4). 



   Die Arbeitsweise ist folgende : Während das auszuwalzende Rohr das erste Kaliber passiert, wird die Dornstange c durch das geschlossene Maul der Zange q festgehalten. Beim Austreten   aus dem Kuliber driickt das Rohr h   die Zange   p auseinander, wobei die Feder M gespannt wird     (Fig. l, rechte Seite).   Alsdann wird das Rohr von den Walzen b erfasst und weiter befördert.

   The subject of the present invention is an embodiment of the rolling mill according to the parent patent.
