   Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet ein   röhrenförmiges   Instrument zur Beleuchtung und Besichtigung von Körporhöhlen zum Beispiel der Luftröhre, der Bronchien, der   Schlundröhre ete., bestehend   aus zwei ineinander verschieblichen Röhren mit einer Feststellvorrichtung. 



   In der Abbildung zeigt Fig. 1 das   Aussenrohr,   Figur 2 das Innenrohr mit einer gezahnten Feder, Figur 3 den Feststellhebel von der Seite und Figur 4 das Kopfende des Instrumentes mit geschlossenem Hebel. Das Eigenartige dieses Instrumentes besteht darin, dass die   Fuhrungsfeder a. Figur 2, welche zum   Vorschieben des   Innfnrohres diont,   an einer

Gleichzeitig greifen die Zähne des Hebels und der Feder ineinander und das Rohr steht fest. Als neu anzusehen ist die Zahnung a der Führungsfeder und der Hebel c.
