   Gemäss der Erfindung ist einer der   Seitengroifer,   in der vorliegenden Ausführungsform dar vordere Greifer   9,   durch ein   Lehnstück 14 mit   einem Hebel 15 verbunden. Der an dem Hebel 2 drehbare Hebel 15 ist mit einem Handgriff   16 \ ersehen,   der sich in inmittelbarer Nähe des Handgriffes 12 befindet, so dass der Arbeiter entweder einen oder beide Handgriffe mit ein und derselben Hand erfassen kann. Wenn der Arbeiter den Handgriff 12 anhebt oder herabdrüclit, so werden die beiden Greifer 8, 9 gleichzeitig bewegt. 



  Wenn er hingegen den Handgriff 16 allein erfasst, so kann der vordere Greifer weiter angehoben werden, so dass der die Spitzenkappennaht einschliessende Lederstreifen einer weiteren Spannung ausgesetzt werden kann.   Erfasst   der Arbeiter aber beide Handgriffe, so können die Greifer 8, 9 gleichzeitig in entgegengesetzten Richtungen bewegt werden. Der Arbeiter kann demnach die Spannung, die die beiden Seitengreifer auf die erfassten Ober-   lederteile   ausüben, relativ   verändern,   so dass das Oberleder dem Leisten genau angepasst werden kann. 



   PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1.   Üborholmaschine   mit mehreren au   derselben Längsseite dos Leisten angeordneten   einen gemeinsamen Antrieb besitzenden Greifern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an derselben Längsseite des Leistens angeordneten Greifer (8, 9) mit Bezug aufeinander von Hand aus unabhängig bewegt werden können, zum Zwecke, die auf die verschiedenen Oberloderteile ausgeübte Spannung zu   verändern.

   According to the invention, one of the side grippers, in the present embodiment the front gripper 9, is connected to a lever 15 by a backrest piece 14. The lever 15 rotatable on the lever 2 is seen with a handle 16 \, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the handle 12, so that the worker can grasp either one or both handles with one and the same hand. If the worker lifts or depresses the handle 12, the two grippers 8, 9 are moved simultaneously.



  If, on the other hand, he grasps the handle 16 alone, the front gripper can be raised further so that the leather strip enclosing the tip cap seam can be subjected to further tension. But if the worker grasps both handles, the grippers 8, 9 can be moved in opposite directions at the same time.
