Das Ende (11) des Formstempels (1) wird in der Wanne (3) positioniert und eine erste Flüssigkeit (6) wird derart in die Wanne (3) eingefüllt, dass das Ende (11) des Formstempels (1) in die Flüssigkeit (6) eintaucht. Die erste Flüssigkeit (6) wird bis unter ihren Gefrierpunkt abgekühlt, während das Ende (11) des Formstempels (6) in die erste Flüssigkeit (6) eingetaucht bleibt, so dass aus der ersten Flüssigkeit (6) ein erster gefrorener Festkörperabschnitt (61) gebildet wird. Aus dem ersten gefrorenen Festkörperabschnitt (61) wird das Ende (11) des Formstempels (1) herausgezogen, so dass in diesem ein Hohlvolumen (9) verbleibt.
