Abstract

Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Einspritzaggregats für einen Gießprozess, wobei - zur Füllung einer Formkavität eine Schmelze mittels eines Aktuators aus einem Schmelzegefäß verdrängt wird, - eine Regelung und/oder Steuerung einer Bewegung des Aktuators nach einem kinematischen Parameter durchgeführt wird, - eine Messgröße, welche für einen Druck der Schmelze charakteristisch ist, gemessen wird und - aus der Messgröße ein zu einem jeweils zukünftigen Zeitpunkt in der Schmelze herrschender Druck vorausberechnet wird wobei eine Stellgröße für die Regelung und/oder Steuerung des kinematischen Parameters unter Berücksichtigung des zu einem jeweils zukünftigen Zeitpunkt in der Schmelze herrschenden Druckes vorgegeben und/oder korrigiert wird und Einspritzaggregat.
